Nice Municipal

Nice muni course in good condition with some pretty holes and some qwerky ones too. Good pace of play and friendly golfers. No par 5s.

Public far too close to the course and paths cross fairways with blind tee shots. Trees need taking back as overgrown on course. Tees are in poor state with trees affecting swing and not flat, particularly ladies tees. Very tricky to navigate if you don't know where you are going, even with map on scorecard. Great value for money.

Enjoyed round, but probably would not be back.

No PAR 5’s!

Course is part of a larger Leisure complex.

There is no bar due to this and no obvious changing facilities near to the reception which is tucked away at the rear of the building.

However the course which has no par 5’s was in great condition and is a great challenge for all handicaps.

Whilst playing saw a few dog walkers and person cutting across pathways across the course but this did not slow down our play.

Greens were in very good condition.

For the price paid thought it was amazing value for money and will play here again.

Great little municipal course!!

Really enjoyed playing this course. Regardless of the bad reviews this is a well kept municipal course, forgiving and very enjoyable to play. I've played it twice this week and will return for a couple of rounds next week too. For a fee of £11 for eighteen holes it's worth every penny! Take no notice of the "golfing snob fraternity" I would highly recommend.

Cannock Park

Great value for money, with excellent staff both in the pro shop and on the course. The green staff are working very hard to continue to improve this very attractive compact layout.

Great value course

Overall this course is ok. No par 5 hole, greens and fairways were hard and bouncy on that day. At one hole, my driver hit a 300 yards long, as the ball hit the fairway and bound forward for another 100 yards. Flags also missing from some greens. But overall good value course as I booked that online and only paid £6.
