Grange Fell Golf Club

Had a great round yesterday, great weather and the course was in good condition. Greens were very dewy on the opening holes before the little machine came to the rescue. Very disappointed in the fact we couldn't get food or drink before, during or after the round. Golf was fab though....

Always a great 9 holes of golf at Grange Fell. No views due to low cloud and drizzle but course was in great condition. Would have enjoyed a coffee at the end but clubhouse not open.

We had a short break in the Lakes and took an afternoon out to try this course. So pleased that we did as it was amazing. The views from the top were amazing over Morecombe bay. Recommended course. Shame that the clubhouse was unmanned though so a drink after wasn't possible.

The course was in good condition considering it of being a 9 hole course, the holes were a mixture of easy and testing with the views making it worth the money. Would recommend it to any golfer.

Cute 9 hole 2 loops to play 18. Well maintained and greens played well. Although a short course the green positions were very tight so you needed to be accurate to stay out of trouble. Little gem for the price. Other members extremely helpful and friendly

Whilst course provides excellent panoramic views of Morecambe Bay and Lake District, the terrain is very demanding, and tends to be built for the more athletic/ younger golfer.

Whilst not a long course, it provides ample opportunities for the longer hitter to reach greens in one and thus gain ample opportunities to score birdies and indeed ( in my case) eagles, normally unheard of!!!

For 3 chaps over 65, it provided a day of entertainment, but 9 holes would have been ample had we seen the layout prior to booking!! Needless to say it was quite disappointing that there was nobody in the clubhouse on arrival nor facilities for after the game.

Whilst overall condition of course was good, it is unlikely that a return visit is on the cards!!

Really enjoyed our round even though it was cut short because of bad weather , fantastic views across the bay and around Grange , beautiful course , tight in places but well kept , really enjoyable

This is a gem of a course. Very fair with little trouble for a wayward shot. In great condition for December, you play off the tees and on the greens. Super value with great views of the Lakeland Fells and south lakes coastline. Highly recommended you won't be disappointed.

Great views across Morecambe Bay & to the Lake District. A very friendly place to play. Usually fairly quiet. Would highly recommend giving Grange Fell Golf Course a go!

Course condition was good considering we,re only just out of lockdown. Go it on a good day weather wise which helps would imagine iit could get pretty hairy on a bad day, but well worth a visit not too long but need to keep it straight.

Well what a fantastic course. Just like being on a fell walk surrounded by dry stone walls and open fell. The views were panoramic from Heysham right through to the Langdales in the lakes. Was in excellent condition and for a beginner quite challenging but no bunkers or streams just lots of slopes that worked with me and against me. 8th hole was my hardest but thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Will be back for more.

Top quality for a lovely golf course whilst staying in the lakes -magnificent views.Only a9 homer but 13 quid for 18 on a Saturday was excellent value

This little course has magnificent views over the Morcambebay estuary and the Cndition Fells but the real jem is the views over Cartmel.

The course although short in length has some tight greens which makes every shot a golfing decision.
