Extremely hilly course that was a really hard walk.

Some nice holes with spectacular views.

We played Kendal Golf course on route to the lakes district, off to hike some mountains. The 1 st hole at Kendal GC certainly got us warmed up for that.

We were met by the pro who was kind & told us all we needed to know about the course.

We played from the white tees to add a bit of length to the day . We were pleasantly impressed with the course and how well it was looking. The greens certainly caught us out & we found them difficult to read & better for knowing. They held a ball well though & ran true .

The scenery was absolutely beautiful. We couldn’t get over it to be fair especially when we are both flat landers .

Some of the holes are quite quirky especially the 16 th & 17 th. We loved the course & left wishing it was closer to home .

We will definitely return to Kendal for another go & hope it doesn’t beat us up like it did this time .

Absolutely recommend this course . Hardly saw another person on it except for the odd hiker or dog walker.

Played a few times, and always in great condition, amazing views across Kendal. Tough on the legs as quite hilly but a fair challenge for most golfers.

Very hilly but great fun and a very fair course. Fairways and greens were great. Lots of creativity necessary to score well.

This course is not for the faint hearted. The hills are challenging but it’s worth it. The views are spectacular. Course conditions were reasonable. The pro here just made our visit. He couldn’t have been more helpful. Well worth a visit if you are in the area. We will be back.

Lots of good refurb going on; course in lovely conditions

Great weather day and course in very decent condition although daisies on several fairways unacceptable really. Other than that, some really interesting holes, greens were decent and extensive outstanding views made up for any course deficiencies.Bar staff and members also very friendly. Overall, really enjoyable day and would definitely come back.

Nice course with wonderful views over Kendal and the fells. The course is quite hilly but very interesting. A most enjoyable 18.

Despite the recent weather in the Lake district, this course is excellent playing condition.

The course is also very interesting and can be challenging at times.

The views are also spectacular, which makes it even better.

Unfortunately, the club house can be a bit hit and miss on whether its serving food afterwards.

This is the 3rd yr running, we've play this course in our Christmas Break and never had to play on a temp winter green, Always enjoy the venue, got very lucky with the weather this year,

Happy to play this course for the first time. Course has held up really well considering the weather recently. Quite a challenge course with plenty of blind shots. Impressive views and really friendly staff from the club house to the pro shop. I will definitely return to play the course next summer.
