Read a few dodgy reviews & thought I’d reluctantly give it a go - £9 for 12 holes - nothing to lose!

Massively surprised with the condition of the course, it was in such good nick I’m already looking forward to my next visit there.

Very friendly & helpful staff!

As casual (fair weather!) golfers, we really liked this course. Played twice now and will be back. The staff are really friendly and helpful - unlike some members clubs, where they are more concerned about what you are wearing and if your shirt is tucked in!

Of course the greens could be better maintained and the rough cut shorter and less leaves around, but, could also pay lots more than £10 each!

12 holes is a good alternative to 18 at our age - especially in the heat! Some par 4s should be par 5s, but, easy to change on our scorecards! 😀

We have not, yet, used the club house/cafe.

Awful kept course

The grass has been cut and the rubbish hasn’t been picked up so you have to look 10mins plus for each time you hit a ball. Most of the greens wasn’t even green they was like concrete. Their was a guy watering the greens as we was playing them and by the time we got up to them they was soaked and had puddles.

This course has really gone downhill this year compared to what it is, it was one of the most annoying rounds of golf I have had with the greens and the grass not being picked up.

Considering the recent weather and time of year the course was fine. Effort being made to cut greens. Staff were exceptionally friendly, nice bar and food. You won’t do better for £8

Got a hot deal for £7 a head so cannot complain. Its well maintained for a public course though as you would expect fir those prices not pristine. Some tough par 4s uphill but overall a good cheap round. The rough us a killer with the length of it.

£12 for 12 holes is good value. Fairways are very overgrown in winter but for the price you pay, it’s really not a bad course. Only two par 3’s so the holes are a fair distance considering it’s just a 12 hole course.
