Great course
Wantef to play a lincs style course in Norfolk. Wasnt going to pay £80 per round at royal cromer.
Heacham manor is a hybrid lincs/modern course with some very easy holes and some absolute beauties. Course was in great condition for Feb.
Very windy today which added to the experience.
Great club house.
Will be back
Nice course, unhelpful staff
Lovely course and some challenging holes, however I emailed about a buggy a couple of days before, no reply I asked on arrival to be told they were all I use or booked, odd that after our round there were still 4 free. The course was being measured, I only found this out overhearing the ladies outside discussing it, we also could have gone out in front of them but nobody in the pro shop advised us of any of this,
Such a shame as I was looking forward to playing this course again, I doubt I would return now.
Great course and hospitality
Second year in a row playing Heacham Manor while holidaying in North Norfolk and it didn’t disappoint. The course was in good condition. and I played it on a very warm and windy day so it is always a good test with the amount of water features on the course. The fairways are generous but there was plenty of growth in the first and second cuts if you miss.
The post round food and drink was excellent and service was first class. Highly recommended.
So good we played it twice
Lovely links style course. Plenty of fairway to aim for . Room to get “creative” and a good mixture of holes. Was really well kept and had no issues with slow play etc.
Enjoyed it so much that we played it two days in a row.
Did not use amenities or interact with staff due to chicks
Fun
Fun round of golf
Looked at more celebrated local course- cost 4 times as much - can’t believe it would be four times better
Enjoyed it very much
Tourist Golf
I played this course on a lovely summers afternoon. Glorious weather and a lovely course to enjoy it with. Initially I thought it was quite generous with the spacious fairways but the well positioned bunkers and water make it an entertaining round, for novices and experienced players alike.
Will be great course in 8-10 years
Young course quite forgiving for intermediate and learning will come into its own from 5 to 10 years
Good Course Good Fun
Played the course last week, friendly staff and enjoyable course.
Hope to play again soon
The course has potential however........
It was in poor condition. There is work being completed on the 14th but this should not have affected the greens and the fairways on the rest of the course. My husband played the course last year and said it was in much better condition but this time it was not worth £25 each per round.
A new club with a long way to go
Staying in north west Norfolk there are many beautiful courses to choose from, but few 'affordable'. Paid £20 for a round here, greens were variable, some were rapid. The fairways still resembled farm land, played like concrete, hard with little grass in places. There were some challenges, some water features but generally a basic course that I felt was over priced.
