Fantastic
1st time visitors. Course fully open and in amazing condition, especially with all the bad weather over the last few months.
Very friendly pro shop, great welcome.
The course was fantastic, great layout, very playable and great mix of holes.
Definitely be going back for another round. The greens in the summer will be lethal.
Great course
I have played here twice and been really impressed both times. Well maintained course not overly difficult but need to put the ball in the right places on the greens to score has they are very quick turning greens
Very very good
A great course with fantastic greens and often elevated tees. A couple of holes towards the middle are a bit open and down but can be forgiven as you play into great greens. A lot of memorable holes with my favorites being 1, 16 and 17. Very friendly staff as well can't fault it.
One of best in Leeds
I have played most golf courses in Leeds including moortown and alwoodley, and I would rate this course 3rd in Leeds just behind these two. As a 3 handicap golfer, the layout is very impressive with both challenging and stategic tee shots needing to be hit, and the greens are undulating and true so provides a great test.
Nice views good test of golf
1st time to Headingley Golf Club, very friendly welcome. Course nice and relatively dry for the time of year and heavy downpours. Found it a good test of golf, all our 3 ball all played well that helps. The only thing I would say is at this time of year £20 would be a fairer price to charge as most other clubs in the area are equally as good
Great course
Really good course quite challenging but also quite forgiving off the tee. Would definitely play here again
Good challenge of golf
Played the course with my wife on a Sunday afternoon. Course in great condition. Greens well looked after, in good condition, very true and modestly fast. Some super testing holes, in particular the par 3s are not give aways. Members and staff very friendly and welcoming. Lovely clubhouse with great modern facilities. Will definitely be playing again.
