Tough and long
Long and hard course. Well laid out and kept. I got it on a very wet day
Friendliest course in the area.
Each time I play here I’m impressed by the customer service and the amazingly friendly members. Genuinely makes me consider joining. Also a really good course, excellent greens and tees. Nice testing layout. The last 4 holes are particularly testing. Great place, well worth the green fee.
Awesome course
What a lovely time we had playing at KGC. The staff and other players were friendly, The course was immaculately presented and in great condition. A great and fair test of golf, we will definitely be going back soon. Many thanks
Hidden gem
Can't really fault it apart from a member pushing in to start playing on 8th, then holding everyone up playing two balls. Not the clubs fault. Course great, facilities excellent. We are looking forward to a return visit!
Great condition for time of year!
Following a cold snap and rain the course was I great condition for the time of year. Played on all normal greens which were really good (played on worse in Spring/Summer)
Can see plenty of work taking place improving the course but didn't effect play in anyway.
Good value and will return later in the year during spring or summer to play again
Gem of a course
Great course, welcoming staff and good cheap food.
Fabulous round, just missed x3 groups of three so had free run, weather great and course provides 18 excellent holes of golf!
They don't book tee times
Had to tee off on the 8th as a big queue at the first as even though we had a tee time booked it turns out they don't have a booking system.
Excellent
Excellent condition. Play could have been abit quicker, but it was a Sunday morning so all members where out before us (which is to be expected) Helpful and friendly pro in shop. 100% recommend.
Course in Great Condition
Nice friendly club and course in excellent condition given the recent downpours. Members friendly and course is a fair test and in good condition all round including the greens.
