Lingfield Park Golf Club

Compared to some other local courses who are still price gouging post covid - Lingfield is a bargain. Sure it could use a bit of tlc to really raise it’s profile, but it’s a good test of golf in a lovely setting.

As the course was nearly empty, every hole is separate, and the weather was perfect we had a really enjoyable round. Course design is good too. Com[pared to other local Surrey courses this one is good value.

Always worth arriving in good time to use the excellent practice facilities.

This is not a long course but you will need to be accurate because it definitely isn't wide either! Fun to play and a good test. I just wish the greens were up to scratch. They were bumpy and sandy. It was impossible to make a six foot putt which need get rather frustrating. Hopefully will be better as we go into summer. Worth a go.

Greens just been hollowed tyned ans sanded so difficult to put but course in good condition overall.

Course in good condition, the greens had a lot of sand of them which made for a bumpy put.

Greens aerated and sanded, rest of course good but putting is a nightmare.

Good value for money fairways could do with cutting as hard to tell difference from rough to fairway

Had a good time at Lingfield. The fairways were extremely muddy, (not unexpected for the time of year), but this didn’t prevent an enjoyable round, with creative interpretations of pick & place and permitted ball cleaning. Greens were surprisingly slick and the layout is good, with a good variety of holes. Look forward to playing it again in the summer.

Most courses shut this weekend due to weather.

Nonetheless the course held up well.

Great course, value for money is an understatement.

Not a members club but a great course to visit and play.

The worst customer service in UK. DO NOT PLAY AT THIS COURSE. The marshal can come and tell us to speed up if we are slower than he thinks. But he cares of those people who played behind us and they are members. Why this matters? The person at the reception who is about early 50 years old man with a short hair is very rude. DO NOT PLAY AT THIS COURSE. We had paid for the green fee. Then he should treat everyone equally not come and disturb and destroy the whole mood. We just technically stopped playing from 16. Again, the worst service I have ever seen and experience in UK and whole world in my life. Plus, they should stop people walking around the course with their dog. Very very disturbing. Personally and genuinely telling everyone. Please do not play and spend any money on this course. Terrible. Not even worth giving one star.
