Nice course. Quite short but still challenging. Some interesting holes.
Great course
Do not be put off by the fact this is a short course, it is or the fact it’s a.9 holer. It’s still a very challenging course.
A really friendly club, will happily play here again.
Great course
This was my second time playing enjoyed it very much. The greens were in excellent condition and the course was firm despite all the recent rain. There wasnt any boggy areas at all. A very nice place to play and will definatley be playing there again
Too many gobby jack the lad types
Good challenging course but the class of people, lack of manners and poor golf etiquette spoilt the day.
Plus the total lack of social distancing during these covid times by the many lager louts hanging around and smoking near the first/tenth tee summoned the people up.
Hidden gem
You can’t really fault this course, it is very well kept, the course is quite tricky with very thick rough and a lot of different heights to the holes.
Nice compact course
It’s a nice 9 hole course with plenty of variety to keep you interested.
On our visit they were repairing three of the greens and had temp holes on the fairway.
Overall a pleasant game of golf with great views.
Great little local course
Nice course, 1st time of playing. Just unfortunate on my visit in Monday morning that the groundsmen were maintaining the 1st 4 greens and had temporary holes on fairway. Other than that, a few holes were very challenging and enjoyable. Covid meant No club amenities were open. 4 out of 5
Longley park golf club
First time playing this course, very friendly welcome, nice lay out, good course for people of all abilities. Fast greens and nice fairways, rough quite short so to to hard to play out of if you miss the fairway. Overall a very pleasant experience.
Great little course
This is the third time we have played this course and we have found it to be excellent for our needs at the moment. Two of us are intermediate golfers whilst the third is returning to the game after a 30-year break. Although a relatively small 9- hole course It provides a good challenge with some interesting holes and an overall excellent experience. The greens and fairways are in very good condition and our only criticism would be that one or two of the tees are in need of a little work. Also some more visible distance markers would be helpful as some of the 150-yard discs are a little difficult to see until you get right up to them. Overall we have really enjoyed our rounds at Longley Park and will continue to play here regularly.
Nice twilight round
Surprisingly difficult course. Quite narrow and compact and you have to have your wits about you where holes are very close. 5th hole never seems to stop climbing. Course in lovely condition but I cannot comment on staff and off course amenities as everything was closed up due to current circumstances
