Marton Meadows Golf Course

Like it a lot a Marton Meadows, short course but they do have big plans for redevelopment. However, pace of play is awful, stuck behind 3, 3balls and a 5ball! I get people play at different levels, but maybe ringing a bell at the 2nd tee when finished could give you the time needed to stop the backlog. I’m sure the owners didn’t know a five ball was being played, t this is where marshalling is important. If the pace of play improved, I’d probably have a membership.

If you need to practice your par 3’s, this is a great place to go, with 8 par 3s and 1 par 4. I only got my driver out once. The course is in get condition and very enjoyable to play, will go back soon.

Really enjoyable short course set within lovely Cheshire countryside. The course is a 9 hole par 3 course with only the 9th hole being a par 4. An enjoyable course that certainly provided enough a challenge to keep us interested and entertained. Facilities at the course all seem relatively new with a nice lounge and patio area to relax pre and post round. Am extra mention must go the staff who were incredibly helpful and friendly and really keen to hear feedback about the course, All is all a really enjoyable experience and look forward to playing again

Under new ownership and going through development. Course has improved and the amenities are now there. Becoming a nice little golf course.
