About
Melton Mowbray Club has been in existence since 1925 and provides a friendly and comfortable clubhouse with bar menu's and full catering is also available. The professional and his staff are available to help with golf equipment from a well stocked shop or lessons on the practice area and putting green.
An easy walking heathland course with many trees lining the fairways. Straight hitting and careful course management will always be rewarded as well a deft touch around the closely guarded but receptive green.

Great course
Lots of rain meant the place was soft but a really nicely managed parkland course
I will defo be back
Will play the course in the summer
There has been a lot of heavy rain recently
Course flat and laid out well
The greens were much slower than I am used too
That was down to the weather not course management

Been coming to Melton now for some time and never gets old, members are always friendly and happy to chat. Haven’t had a bad day here. A very nice day out
Fantastic!
Played a 3 ball today as a change from our regular Belton Park. Absolutely brilliant course! Challenging with some long par 4’s. Weather was wet and very windy which made it more tricky but the condition of the course was great. Really enjoyed the game. Staff in the shop explained the course, temporary greens and were very friendly. Really recommend this course to anyone.
Will definitely be returning in the near future, thank you for having us!

This was our first time at Melton Mowbray and it didn’t disappoint. Good course good welcome and great burger!
Course in very good condition and the greens were excellent! Very quiet when we played, so pace of play was as fast or as slow as you liked. Will definitely return.
2nd time and there will be ore
Played Saturday at 1pm. Golfnow paired 3 of us which made it more sociable. Course is in great nick and lots of trees to hit or hide behind! Much trickier than expected. We met the professional and club captain who were both very friendly. Even the beer was lovely!
Absolutely amazing course conditions
Barring in mind what is going on with the weather in the Uk the course is like there is no heat wave. The greens were stunning and a joy to put on. Definitely worth the £29 we paid.

Fantastic greens
Played here a few times but I have got to say the greens this time were immaculate. Not a blemish anywhere and true. The whole course was very tidy

A lovey day. Met 3 other golf pass players. Course in great nick, lovely greens, short rough, got a 2 but also an 8!
Course was like a marsh
Shouldnt have allowed people to play. Was a mud pit.
Wet, wet, wet
Although it was not raining the course was waterlogged everywhere. Balls plugged on the fairways and green. Many of the green have standing water.
It looks like drainage is an issue with this course and hundreds of trees have been planted to try to soak up some of the excess water.
I would not recommend playing this course during winter months.
