About
Melton Mowbray Club has been in existence since 1925 and provides a friendly and comfortable clubhouse with bar menu's and full catering is also available. The professional and his staff are available to help with golf equipment from a well stocked shop or lessons on the practice area and putting green.
An easy walking heathland course with many trees lining the fairways. Straight hitting and careful course management will always be rewarded as well a deft touch around the closely guarded but receptive green.

Very busy day but well organised with ample and friendly staff , good provision of anti bacterial gel and adherence to Covid advice ... greens were superb.
Great golf
Course was in great condition greens were absolutely brilliant. Everyone very friendly and whole place was well set out to cover social distancing. Had a really enjoyable round and experience. Pity the bar was not open but understandable in today’s circumstances. Certainly will be back again quickly.
Best kept course I’ve seen
Relatively new to the game but by far the best greens and fairways I’ve seen. Absolutely amazing

Great Condition.
Play here a couple of times each year. The course is always in great condition. The staff in the pro shop and bar are really friendly and helpful. Had a great day out.
Lockdown round 5
Very nice course, the greens were in perfect condition, very contoured making them quite challenging.

Played a fourball staff were very heipfull course was in great condition one mat in play due to work on tee box best greens i have putted on fast and true if you have the chance to play here do you will not be disappointed

Superb
Very friendly and informative staff. Excellent layout, with tight fairways and a mix of long and short holes. Greens were immaculate. If it was closer to home, I would join.
Monthly golf away day
Very Good well maintained course easy walking, some very interesting holes, chance to use all your skills, very helpful friendly staff and members, certainly recommend and will pay again in the future.

attendance delayed two weeks due to bad weather, when we arrived and booked in with the pro shop we were informed of the times of the booking in front of us and told how the course was playing, this is always helpful when playing a course as a visitor. Following the three ball in front the pace was reasonable all the way round and we had a very enjoyable round, followed by refreshments in the club house afterwards, a very good all-round day. we will certainly return to play this course again.

As this was a revised day due to weather conditions the pro and golf shop staff were very helpful prior to and on the actual day, weather on the day was good and the course very good. very pleasant day all round, the bar/catering staff also very friendly and helpful, small amount of members we met were all helpful and friendly will definitely play the course again

The Pro was very welcoming and helpful.
The course was in fine condition consider all the recent heavy rain.
Everyone I met was pleasant.
