A lovely course
Mill Ride has a good combination of interesting features - water, blind drives etc - that make it great fun for a decent golfer (10-18 hcap) but still sensibly playable for a less experienced player.
Some of the course can get a little muddy in the winter, but most of the time it is great. Greens are good - fast but not lethal, and are consistent and pretty true.

Fantastic condition
I've played Mill Ride a few times now and it was in fantastic condition yesterday. The greens were immaculate as were the fairways, tee's and bunkers. The course is largely challenging with a lot of tight fairways and trouble to avoid. All the par 3 holes are a challenge as well. It's a pleasure to play. A members handicap here would certainly travel well.

Average course - signage for holes needs painting as it easy to get confused between green and next tee - lots of ducks on fairways and bunkers where in poor condition - Staff never commented on course or any advise
