A little Gem
Excellent compact, flat course. Greens are in fabulous condition, better than many in Summer
Snowy, frosty conditions
Even though it was temporary greens. It was still in fantastic shape. A gem of a course I will keep going back to.
Hidden gem
Played 9 holes, but 18 would have been better. Great course, great condition. Will definitely be back.
Not an 18 hole
The course was well maintained and a good layout for 9 holes however the back 9 holes were the exact same as the front 9 just with slightly different tee positions.
Great Course!
I played a 2 ball with my father in law and he has played for around 20 years and never heard of this course. Great little 9 hole course, the different tee boxes on every hole adds a different dimension to the hole. Have already booked a second round there, the greens are one of the best around the north west!
Loved this course.
1st time here, lovely course. People say it is 9 holes not 18 and although there are 9 holes each one has 2 different tees making it more interesting second time round. Course was well kept and great value for money. Highly recommended and will definitely return to play again.
Improves almost weekly
We’ve played this course many, many times over last few years
Can be an unforgiving place to be , if you go off line but it is good fun too
The presentation of the course really does seem to improve week on week via the efforts of the green keepers, the professionals and the volunteers who design and maintain the place
If you’ve not played here, say for the last couple of years, I’d recommend you give it another go. You’ll be very pleasantly surprised by the improvements you’ll see
