Nice Course Painfully slow!
The Course was in good condition and would have been enjoyable if it hadn't taken 4 and a half hours for a 2 ball!!
Ridiculous. The course needs to send someone out to seedlings up as it ruined what would have been a good day.
Pace of play
Played here a few times now (as a one ball) and the pace of play was good up to the 9th. After this a was stuck behind a 4 ball that would not let me through. Which then made me wait on the tee and every shot for about 5-10 minutes. Was also a 1 ball behind me which caught me up around the 13th. A round that should of taken 3 hours max, took over 4. With the stopping and starting, my game was effected and just wanted to walk in near the end

Greens were Excellent
Weather was raining most of the round but fairways were good & greens were Excellent. It was the same weekend as the club championships. Don't know why it's not like that for the whole summer.
Poor Golf Etiquette
Got stuck behind a two ball which refused to let us through even though they were playing really slow. One of the green keepers said they would get someone out on the course to speed up play but nothing happened. Absolutely dreadful. When you have to wait 15mins between each shots golf is no fun at all.
Slow play
I really like this course but there is no marshaling of start times and frequently there are long waits in the opening holes. This allied to poor etiquette around slow play and letting people through leads to very slow and frustrating rounds. It spoils the experience.
Very nice
Course is in tremendous nik! Greens a little slow. Bar/clubhouse spot on afterwards
Good solid course
Nice course next to a great driving range. Course likely to be best for novices or high handicappers or practice rounds. Plays relatively short, but is well kept and in a condition commensurate with the price point. Some water hazards, especially on the 18 make for an exciting finish!

the perfect place to play, not on of those golf clubs that’s so posh that you feel uncomfortable but still has a really high quality course with great people
