Greens 10, bunkers 10 , tee box , 10 , fairways 9.5 was in superb condition greens a fast and running great no excuses fr bad putting in them

The course is in great condition and is an easy walk

Excellent course, good greens bunkers fairways well managed value for money compared with other courses near by ,although drinks in clubhouse expensive

had a great day at this course which is in very good condition to say no rain for a while greens are in exellent condition

sand in bunkers very hard. staff in shop polite and friendly as were other golfers on the course .

my only gripe is cost of buggy £27:50 which I thought was steep which put the price higher than I would normally pay for a round of golf .unfortunatly I need a buggy to help me around .that said I would definitely recomend you visit this course wether you are a seasoned golfer or just starting out its a great place to test your golfing skills .

Very busy with clueless 4balls with no concept of etiquette on a lovely sunny afternoon. Quite spoiled the round.

Less litter than normal. Greens OK although quite sandy as had been tined and topdressed in the week.

Lovely course. Some challenging holes and greens.

Course generally in good condition. There has been some recent maintenance on the greens but they still ran well. Sure they will be perfect in a few days.

Could do with a bit more sand in the bunkers.

I’ve only been playing 6/7 weeks and it’s great for me as it’s on the door step. Nice open course so allows for my bad swing. Greens are very fast from what I’ve played on so far. Good value for money when paying £22

Played this course at 4:24 on a Monday afternoon, no one in front and walked off the 18th green in just under 3 hours.

Lovely layout course, greens were in great nick, with challenging borrows and shapes that definitely challenged.

Great layout, quite compact, but all holes were different, lovely layout, and would definitely recommend. Didn't get chance to go in the bar but that looked very nice as well.

Would definitely play again.

Good course for the value, considering the weather we had for the past months greens were in really good condition. I will definitely play there again.

I teed off and followed a comp so was unable to really play through, so pace of play was slower than I would have liked.

But I can't take anything away from the course conditions, best green conditions I played so far this year, hats off to the green keepers.

It was my first time at sandhill but definitely won't be my last!!

Only issue is pace of play

1 balls holding up.

We have no issues with single players but they shouldn't be holding play up

Either team up/ let people through or start and charge single players extra green fees

Greens are in great condition, fairways are good the odd one could do with some work but due to lack of rain I can understand. I would recommend the course, it’s got two putting areas, a chipping area, a driving range and nice club house. I would like to see more food on offer, but this only appears to be on offer when there are club events. Overall this is a great Golf Club with friendly staff and a welcome atmosphere. We have played here about 4 or 5 times this year and I’m sure it will not be the last. Stocksbridge on Monday for the first time in about 10 years.

To say this course is 1/2 an hour away we hadn’t got round to playing it WOW the layout was brilliant the greens were tricky to read but cut perfect fairways were cut by robot machines a fab day out for all of us challenging holes but very picturesque holes when we finished a nice welcome in the pro shop and the bar staff all in all brilliant we enjoyed it 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟stars from us well deserved Sandhills 👍👍👍
