An absolute gem
I had the pleasure of playing here yesterday with a visiting society. While I've visited in the past it was a first for me after all the work the club has done redesigning the bunkers and the greenside areas, turning what was a great course into an exceptional one. Marry that with very competitive prices, welcoming members, friendly efficient staff, lovely food and some of the best greens you will ever play on and it's easy to see why yesterday was a joy from start to finish. If you're looking for a friendly four-ball or to organise a society event, make sure this goes on your list. In fact, make sure it goes to the top of your list. Thank you Rotherham GC!

Easy to understand the courses top billing in S Yorks
Played a 4 ball 15th December 2016 and was amazed at the condition of the greens for the time of year. We visited as the course has top billing in S Yorks and I can certainly acknowledge this is true. The whole experience both on and off course was excellent and well worth a visit. Definitely want to go back in the spring / summer.
