Outstanding course. Was working away so booked a round here. Got chatting to a member in the pro shop and he said he would have a knock with me. Can’t believe with the weather we have had recently how dry and in good condition it was

A superb course with challenging fairways and very quick undulating greens. Very well maintained but don't stray off the fairways ! Every hole is unique and enjoyable once you block out out the car noises on the first few holes. Thoroughly recommended

Searched golf now on morning looking for local course to play Sandwell Edged other option as was aware temporary greens on a couple of their holes.

Arrived early member kindly imputed car park code which was nice of them.

Nice friendly welcome by young gent in shop. Told us tee time available sounded like we were lucky as their system and that used by golf now may not always tie up.

However on tee 15 mins before time as suggested where we met more members also due to play. When they established we were a two ball they allowed us to tee of before them which turned out brilliantly no hold ups and around in about 3 hours 20 mins.

Really enjoyed course you can see work in progress with trees being recently felled along with work on greens which you would expect at this time of the year but on the whole in excellent condition.

No issue in recommending and see no reason why unlikely to return in the future.

Played this course a few times in last few years and enjoyed it every time. Didnt know what to expect this time of year but was surprised how well it is playing. No boggy patches, no real muddy areas and the greens were really nice. Would recommend for anyone. Few shorter tees and not greatest tee areas but still easily playable. Really nice day. I was recommended this course by a friend a few years ago and I was not disappointed. The staff and members could not have been more helpful and welcoming. The gentleman iin the Pro shop explained the lay out and also pointed out about the work going on the course. The course was in very good condition considering the time of year ,the greens were excellent and we could not believe how quick they were. We have already said we would love to play here in the summer. Would definitely recommend this course to anyone.

1st time playing here, shot my best round of the year so far 79 gross(12handicapper) no winter tees and no temp greens, I thought the course was in good condition considering the time of year. Best thing about the course, the greens were like lightning. Would definitely recommend playing here. Had a great day.

Enjoyed the round, some nice holes, bargain at the minute for £25

This a really good course deserving of its place inside the top 200. I got a great deal to play at £25 which is outstanding value. Challenging course front 9 definitely easier than the back 9. The final 5 holes in particular are tough. Members was very friendly, I was playing on my own and 2 fourball member groups let me through without any issue after 6 holes. I am seriously considering joining the course as its local and brilliant

As an ex member of Sandwell Park I was looking forward to playing some of the fastest greens in the Midlands and although the greens were smooth and true in no way could they be described as fast in fact they were very slow the course is just as good in general as it was when I was a member there but its main defence was allways the subtle slopes and Speed of the greens and without these it now quite an easy course to play and score well iust a shame the greens aren't as frightening as they used to be.
