Stunning course
Only the 2nd time played here, considering the weather conditions with no rain for ages, course was in great condition, being a newish golfer these conditions suited me well, will be going back very soon

Hertfordshire
Course in great condition, greens great. But very little variety. A par 3 over water, but other than that it doesn’t have much happening for the price charged.

Lovely course with a number of challenging holes
Played here for the first time with a friend, both of us pretty new to taking up the game, and the course had plenty of forgiving wide fairways but then challenging approaches and plenty of water to test us fully. Course was in lovely condition and greens were superb. Will be back, soon, definitely
If I lived nearer would be a memeber
Really enjoyed my round from the moment we walked into the pro shop to the moment I sat down with a beer looking at the 9th green and first tee after my round. Course was fair unless you were horribly off line where it was chest high and thick rough, bunker and greens were overall very good, as I spent a bit of time using both. Playing from the white tee the 18th par 3 over water with the green protected with bunkers. Price was a lot fairer than courses around that way.
Worst experience
No marshall to control the pace. We were behind a four ball who played extremely slow and in front of two juniors who had no manner. The juniors tee’ed off in our direction despite seeing us on fairways and there was no apology despite hitting into our direction. People with bad golf manners shouldn’t be allowed to play especially juniors without adult supervision.
A perfect Sunday afternoon
The course was very busy but everyone (just about) kept their cool in the heat. Pace of play well-disciplined. Greens and tee boxes in good shape; fairways dry and brown lke almost everywhere else in SE England after 8 weeks of dry weather. It's a fine setting and the back 9 is more challenging than the front as many have commented before.
Greens excellent
Fairway hard And burnt like everywhere else but greens were so receptive, ball landed softly and rolled perfectly when putting.

Course in great condition people very polite very friendly had a great day would go back again 10 out of 10 would recommend to everyone
