Nazing golf club
Nazing is a gem of a golf course, Very well designed course and well kept with watered greens and tees, I enjoyed my game there very much and would go back again in the future. Gary
Nice Course
Course very good condition. Somewhat pricey but not overly expensive. Bit of a hold up pace of play but overall took 4 hours so not too bad. Challenging and fun holes without being extremely difficult. Will play again
Chalk and Cheese
There was a massive contrast between the condition of the fairways and greens.
The greens were very well maintained and a pleasure to putt on. The fairways however were very patchy and looked short of care and attention.
It was good that there was plenty of sand in the many bunkers.
It was a hot day so the course was busy but the pace of play was painfully slow. Not helped by a number of single balls looking to push their way through when really nobody had anywhere to go due to the log jam on the course.
On the 9th we stopped at the clubhouse and had a drink and a seat out of the beating sun. After finishing our drinks we set off again and within one whole we’d caught be those in front of us again due to the slow play ahead.
Course has some lovely and challenging holes and I love the variety of the back 9.
Clubhouse is great and all facilities you could hope for are available.
At over £40 the green fee was a little steep but I’d probably enjoy coming back if I knew it wasn’t going to be so busy. Maybe they just need to manage people teeing off at the right time and stop single balls setting off at the 10th when the course is already packed. Thinking more about it maybe when the course is so busy they should stop single balls setting off at all.

Excellent greens and fairways but would be nice to have signs to say where to go next but overall a very enjoyable course to play and will definitely play again

Lovely course. Some really nice holes.
The staff at the pro shop was very friendly and welcoming.
Has a driving range, practice chipping green and practice putting green.
Cold Day in January
Yes it was wet; yes it’s January. All in all we liked the course layout, and the greens looked quick - but they were covered in frost. Would I play again? YES
First time at Nazeing, will go back
The course was in good condition even after a wet week. Greens were good but it’s a shame to see people not repairing their pitch marks (no fault of the club of course). Fairly flat but nice variation of holes, pars 3’s interesting. Course/fairways are quite forgiving. Bar staff very friendly, pro shop not so much. Nice patio area.

played with a friend who was a member some years ago and he said the course is in its best condition
highly recommend and will defo be playing again
Super long rough
The greens were in great condition and quick. The first cut of rough was really hard to find your ball. After that it was impossible. No water in any of the ball washers, never had any in the times I have played there. £1.50 for a bar of chocolate in the bar was pretty steep too.
