The Millbrook Golf Club

4 of us played late October on a Monday. The first two to arrive were told that the kitchen wasn't open for hot food on a Monday. The staff then asked how many were in our group, and offered to cook us a breakfast anyway. The food was excellent, and great value.

The Pro then guided us through the layout of the course (some double greens, and longish walks between greens and next tees).

The course itself was is very fine condition. It's situated on a sand ridge, and there were no wet areas. The greens were superb for the time of year, and I'd be interested to play peak season, to see how they are in the summer.

Overall, highly recommended.

The price we paid was exceptional value .

Course was in good condition apart from the greens which were being treated but they have to be done at some point.

Nice course , it on the long side , but much longer off the blue tees, green are fantastic and fast ,lots of great holes , pro shop staff very friendly as were the players on the course and in the bar , looking forward to going back .

Played as a 3 ball for the first time and didn’t disappoint.excellent variety of holes(some I would play different)from the tee now I have played here).Green’s rolling true with plenty of hidden break.We got this on a Hot deal but I would pay full Green fees and will definitely be back very soon.

Loved this course. So different to any other course I’ve played. Every hole has a different challenge. Not for the faint hearted. The first few holes are seriously tough and there’s little let up but it’s just a lot of fun and was in great condition. Friendly players and staff too

Tee off time was 1pm, arrived early and the friendly pro in the shop said we could tee off as soon as we liked. 1st hole is a sharp dog-leg par 5. Tees in excellent condition as were the greens. The holes are varied and interesting. Particularly around the turn. The 11th has a very short but steep hill. After the round we took some sustenance. The bar area is very pleasant as were the staff. Overall on a beautiful spring day the pace of play, the course condition and the friendly staff made this a wonderful experience.

Greens were in excellent codition, all course v good. Bar staff friendly and courteous. A great course with a wide variety of very different holes. Water added to course. Some will find the 11th hill a bit tough.

A nice variety of holes. Windy when we played and can cause issues! When driving off the 11th tee, a branch of a tree fell!!!!!

Entrance into the club needs improving, since we didn't see the entrance and drove past.

The clubhouse is beautiful and it was a shame we couldn't stay longer.

Millbrook is an amazing course. It played really well even after 4 or 5 days of rain. The staff and members were really friendly and helpful

Really well laid out course with some feature holes will definitely be attending again in the summer
