Great 9 hole course with different tee positions for the back 9.

Greens very good, good enjoyment.

Had an early tee off so had no one in front or behind me, did the front 9 in about an hour and 20 minutes.

It started off a bit confusing as I didn't realise the course was open to the public so there was a number of dog walkers and runners, all who were very courteous and did not get in the way at any point, it was nice to have a few spectators as I was teeing off!

The course is also on the other side of the road to the clubhouse and shop, which also took a bit of time to navigate, Some of the holes did not have the greatest signage so I had to rely on my Hole 19 app to find some of the starting points.

The fairways were decent and the greens were very good.

The course has a nice mix of holes, some with huge fairways, some tighter and some dog legs. I feel the only thing missing was a short par 3.

The staff were very friendly.

Got a few pars and my best front 9 score yet, so a nice way to start the morning, will be back in the future.

Decent enough course for the price, well kept greens.

There is one drawback, the amount of dog walkers on the course. I'm not exaggerating when I say there were at least 20 people taking their dogs for a walk up and down the fairways. There were other people just going for a walk as well. It was terrifying walking up to a tee not knowing whether a dog or a person would come running up the fairway just as you were hitting.

I think it just a matter of time before someone gets really hurt on this course

Great little 9 hole course on the edge of Epping Forres. We played 9 holes, in a 3 ball, and pace was steady.

It was autumn so greens had been hollow tined, and some fairways still recovering from summer drought, but, still played well. Ther are some tricky holes so makes you think when you can't reach green in Regulation.

Took the dog which is great.

Stunning greens. Fairways very much parkland style and quite dry in places. Some tee boxes not in the best condition.

Matched up with 1 other player who was a good craic.

Course in great condition, especially the greens which were excellent. Interesting layout in Epping Forest. Really need to think carefully when on the tee. This is not a course to just pick out your driver on every hole. Careful placement is vital. Greens are true with Interesting borrows. Will be back.

Played 9 holes, Greens seem to be cut smaller than last visit. With the pace being slower than expected for prime season.

Pace of play was very slow, joined as a 2 ball on 1st tee, caught up another 2 ball on the 3rd tee as was being held up by a 4 ball.

Fairways burnt out which made course play short, still good value for money 9 holes price of a basket at the driving range.

Great value round but lots of public out on the course as it’s an open park. Would recommend and the greens were really good. I’ll be back.

Great friendly open course that let me bring my own dog!, My dog enjoyed it so much we went round twice. Take mozi/ bug spray as there's quite a few. Overall I had a great round of golf and will definately be going back.

The course itself was good, quite short but very tight and offers a unique set of challenges. I am couldn’t play the final nine holes as there were too many groups in front of me (you play nine holes twice) so this was poor management by the club. The course was pretty good and had a good time

Warm welcome on a warm day - by staff and members. Course in really good condition, especially the greens. Remarkable as it’s got walkers, dogs etc as well. Smooth rate of play until the last couple of holes. Everyone very respectful of each other.

All in all a pleasure to play and one of the best 9 holes I’ve been on.
