Terrible
Guy at the front desk was really rude. We had a tee time at 6:36 pm and he told us we can play but we probably won't finish because once it's 8:00pm were closing down, and I asked him why would you make a tee time available if you wouldn't allow us to finish if we go past 8pm and he just said its the way it goes and we just had to HONOR the tee time. Then asked if we don't finish shouldn't we be able to only pay a portion instead and he said absolutely not and if you want a cart it's an extra $7.00. There's no way I will ever go back to that course. Also very poorly maintained and poorly managed. If you can go to another 9 hole course in would recommend it for sure.
Great 9 hole executive course
This is a great course for a quick round of golf. The course is well maintained overall and a pleasure to play on. The scenery is pristine. The 3rd and the 5th holes are the only par 4s, and they are very forgiving. That being said, the 2nd and especially the 6th hole are very unforgiving to the novice golfer. Many balls are lost in the creek, many. I suggest riding a cart, it makes the game go by so much faster and it is somewhat frustrating to have to wait for a foursome to walk.
This course is great forworking on your short game.
Great course for working on short game. Green were in great condition
I really can't find the words.
My mother taught me, If you can't say something nice.........
The greens were spongey and I don't think were ever rolled. There were 4 groups waiting at each tee box. 9 hole course took 3 hours+. Cart's not included in GolfNow price but that was not listed either way.
I must have been adopted....The staff was really nice!
GREAT PRICE
GREAT CHALLENGING COURSE TO ENHANCE YOUR SHORT-GAME.
None Flexible
My first negative review online. I'm not sure about you, but I rarely get to start on time when I go to a golf course. I don't sweat it, it's just how it works...right? I had car problems on my way to the course. I called and told them I would be late. I arrived 12 minutes past my tee time and they would not let me play. So I lost the money I had paid for 2 players. Wish I could tell you about the course, but they wouldn't let me even play or offer another day or time.
It actually ends up costing more to book online.
The course was super slow with fivesomes all over the course. And if you get a cart, it ends up costing more than if you just call in your tee time.
Great prectice course for carring the ball to the green
We play Brea Creek often before the championship course game. It has good par 3 holes that I have to carry my ball to the small green as have to clear the creek. The green is OK. The overall course condition has been always improving a little bit at a time ever since B. Casper took over the management. The staffs are very friendly and the rate is great for what you get.
Good for a quick round, or play through 18 for cheap
If you're looking for a quick 9 hole course, Brea Creek is a good bet. I've played here a number of times, and typically have had to wait on the first hole behind two groups before getting to start. It doesn't seem like they stack the tee times very well. But, with the course being easy, and the holes being short, the groups play through at a decent speed so you aren't waiting too long. It's nice to be able to pull out your driver a couple of times at Brea Creek too. I believe it's both hole 3 and hole 5 that are about 335 yards. The golf now price doesn't include a golf cart, so it ended up being about $18 each to play 9 holes. Not bad, but when I could have played Fullerton, or another local course for about $27 it makes you think twice. If I had more time I probably would have looked for another course.
It's an average course
Too much for a cart. They need to lower it a bit and add a full bar. Is it too much to ask for some whishey?
