About
DeBell Golf Club in Burbank offers an 18-hole Regulation Course and a nine-hole disc golf course. The Regulation Course has a tight layout with narrow fairways and a variety of elevation changes that range from subtle to dramatic. Accuracy is the key to doing well on this golf course but it's not overly punishing. Its risk-reward holes will appeal to low and high handicappers alike. The front nine is fairly challenging but the back nine is where the golf course gets tough. Although DeBell Golf Club is short, only 5,608 yards from the back tees, the blind shots and winding doglegs make it seem much longer than it is. There isn't any water on the golf course but you'll hardly miss its presence with all the other hazards that lurk throughout.

Very nice course
This was my second time playing at DeBelle. Both times the pro shop guy hasn’t gone out of his way to be friendly, but I love the course. It is very well manicured and can be challenging.
Definitely coming back
Beautiful, yet unforgiving course
There's no doubt this is a beautiful course, but expect uneven tee boxes and fairways, which can make this course pretty challenging for mid to high handicappers. Most fairways are also pretty narrow and the OBs are overgrown and there are several drop-offs since the course is laid out around the hills of Burbank. Also, don't expect to use your driver on many of the holes as they are short par 4s, but still the key is to keep it in the fairway. We played on a Sunday, so the pace of play was pretty slow. But hey, that's public course golf in LA on a weekend, so it's hard to complain. All in all DeBell can be really fun depending on your comfort level with uneven lies and your shot accuracy.

Had a great time. Easy to schedule and had big fun.

No sandwich or snacks at the TURN.
The Bell
The course was in good shape, holes are challenging and fun especially hole 12.
The staff were friendly and nice. You are able to drive your cart to your car. The greens have 3 weeks that they have just been punched so they were on slow side but still role pretty good.
Golf was good
Golf and weather good greens still slow and lumpy from sanding.
Pace and Closing
Had a Great time fir my first time. However I took advantage of the twilight rate which started out grey! However there was a group in front of us who began to slow down and hit extra balls and one guy in particular putting more than one ball in their threesome. There was no Marshall so this greatly slowed our pace. Eventually it became dark ans we had to stop at the 14th hole.
Additionally there is no lighted signs or headlamps on the carts so I had difficulty finding my way back to the clubhouse. Thankfully I ran into another golfer who knew how to get me back on track
I will definitely be back but will play at an earlier time next time
