Nestled in Coachella Valley, Date Palm Country Club sits at the base of the San Jacinto and Santa Rosa mountain ranges, providing nearly every hole on the golf course with a stunning view. The course is the centerpiece of a popular retirement community near Palm Springs, a location that enjoys nice weather year-round and is just 20 minutes from shopping, dining, and museums. The layout is on the shorter side, but it still has some challenging holes. The golf course demands accuracy with every contour of the rolling terrain and you'll be put to the test even further when maneuvering the small greens and narrow fairways. The bunkering is minimal but strategic at Date Palm C.C., and the occasional water hazard also comes into play. In addition to the golf course, there is a practice putting green.

Good executive course.
After checking in with the sarcastic lady,everything went well after that. Cartpath only,but narrow fairways makes it easy.course in excellent condition.
Great course greens were a little slow but overall enjoyable
This is a great course for the beginner to intermediate golfer. Challenging water features and a great course to fine tune your iron shots
Nice little course
We played opening day so greens were slow but full. Not many folks out so made our way around quickly. Great little executive course. Great place to practice your short game. Had lots of fun! Will play again!
Fun Course
My first time playing this course and it was very enjoyable. The course conditions were somewhat less than perfect but it was a good value for the money I paid for the round.
Nice course
Lots of shade so it’s cooler than most local courses. Staff is friendly and course is well maintained
Great executive course
We enjoyed this course on a rather hot day. There is lots of shade on this course which is good for the hot weather. With the exception of hole 2, which was closed, the course was in good condition. It is a bit challenging with some fun water features. I will play this one again.
A Fun Round of Golf
This course is a lot of fun to play. We played on a day when there were few people out; in fact, we didn't see another person playing. There is plenty of trouble to find (water) which makes it more interesting. We look forward to playing again.
Great secret course
Date Palm golf course is a great, non crowed, well maintained executive golf course. The short game can easily be improved here.
Very nice change of pace.
Lots of trees in 100 degree weather. Challenging water all over the curse. Narrow tree lined fairways, greens In fine condition. Great way to spend two to three hours. Doesn’t tire you out for the entire day! Excellent course to work on your short game. Great price. And best of all, I can beat my wife at Date Palm!
The course was perfect for beginners
It was great experience I was amaze and I was able to play without getting Intimidated by the course
Greens
I’m not sure if they have a rodent problem or what, but the greens/ cart path / tee boxes were full of animal poop everywhere.
always a great course to get ready for the big course. always friendly people. and would recommended it also for people that have not golfed much
Fun executive course
First time playing here and we enjoyed it. It is well kept. The only thing was the bar and grill wasn’t open. It’s the only course I know of they said you can bring your own BYOB, which I would recommend since there was no place to buy any.
