Los Lagos at Costa Mesa Golf & Country Club

Yesterday was so hot. Our pace of play was really fast because no players ahead.

We had done play by about 4 hours.

Pace was very slow even though it wasnt that busy. 5 hours to get around. Course was in good shape as usual.

The pace of play was horrible. Had 4 groups bunched up at all the par 3’s and some par 4’s.

No Marshall to be seen anywhere. It took our 3 some almost 6 hours to complete and this was on a Monday not the weekend. Course management needs to step up and space tee off times farther apart and definitely needs Marshalls to enforce pace of play. Other than that the fairways and greens were in excellent shape. Hope you guys will work on improving the pace of play.

This is my favorite course. course is always well maintained and staffs are very kind.especially, Also, this course is cooler than any other courses in the summer and green fee is reasonable price.

Played here several times, every round on a weekday. First Friday round and never again. 6 hour round! A foursome every 7 minutes, many walking. Our 10:24 tee time started at 10:50.

This is a mid-tier muni which provides a decent value for money. The conditions of the course are ok for a course like this. Being close to the coast it’s not too hot in the summer. The only part which kills this course for me is the pace of play. At the minimum it’s a 5 hour round, more likely 5.5-6. It’s an issue of too many players squeezed in at tee times which are too close to begin with. My tee time group was increased to 5 by the Marshall. I witnessed many groups of 5 ahead and behind us so this is a regular practice. Overall a decent course if you like 6 hour rounds

I literally have to write this review because of how bad this course is, I have to CONVINCE myself to give this course another shot every single time and then I’m reminded why I shouldn't…tee time is at 12:21 hitting balls on the grass range that has no grass…I’m getting yelled at over the loud speaker at 12:10 to hurry up and get to the 1st tee, that’s weird because I thought I had 11 minutes, anyways.. played 2 holes got to the 3rd tee box and there was 7 groups backed up on the next 2 holes including a 5 some…I go back to the pro shop and politely ask for a refund and I get told I have to speak to THE DIRECTOR OF GOLF for a refund….great course you guys got here

Tee times are set between 6-8 minutes and most groups have 5 players. They will make additional groups and squeeze them in. Refused to refund half of the money after a 3 hour 40 min front 9.

I played Mesa Linda in Costa Mesa golf course yesterday,

This course is always busy but yesterday was not busy, Moreover, weather was good for the play and pace of playing was faster than usual. we enjoyed the golf with

This course is one of well knowned course in Orange county, I love this course in summer because it's cool.

But, rounding pace is too slow , mostly takes 6 hours for 18 holes. The course lay out is excellent and well maintained.
