I was considering walking this course, but after playing it with a cart, walking for me would have been impossible! The course needs so much help…I’ve never played a course in worse shape! It should be free it’s so bad!

Cow pastures

This course is worse than a cow pasture. It’s dirty , dusty carts , dilapidated golf course. It’s an embarrassment to Newport Beach community. The revenue this course generates should be more than sufficient to improve the course better. It’s not worth it even though its rates are cheaper. You’re better off paying a little more money to play at a decent course. I wouldn’t recommend this place .

Not great

The course conditions were not too great. Grass is rough and a lot of areas and dead. When you’re going to hit the ball or tee off, you have to do it off of a mat so be sure to bring your own ball tea that can hold the ball up without being in grass. I feel the price should be lower or they should include a cart for two people because the course conditions aren’t great.
