Los Lagos at Costa Mesa Golf & Country Club

I played Mesa Linda in Costa Mesa golf course yesterday,

This course is always busy but yesterday was not busy, Moreover, weather was good for the play and pace of playing was faster than usual. we enjoyed the golf with

big Joy and happy ,

This course is one of well knowned course in Orange county, I love this course in summer because it's cool.

But, rounding pace is too slow , mostly takes 6 hours for 18 holes. The course lay out is excellent and well maintained.

There was a starter at the first hole, but I felt they weren't really needed. Regardless of the scheduled tee time, we would simply tee off whenever the area ahead was clear of other players. And I played 18 holes at Los Lagos a year ago and it took six hours; this time, there was absolutely no sign of improvement, and it was another tedious round that took just as long.

We had a 733 tee time. The men's group blocks the times but doesn't communicate with GolfNow.

We started 40 minutes late as the men's group had priority over our paid tee time. Just greedy double dipping by the course.

The pace was horrible - took over 4 hours for just 14 holes - I had to quite before 15th. The course condition is not well maintained except green is OK. The staffs are not helpful. Will not come back.

Had to wait on every shot, literally… well, except teeing off was on-time … Course condition is good. Play here if you can handle the wait.

I played Los Lagos for the second time in a few months. The course was in great shape despite the dry weather we’ve been having. The fairways were plush and green, the greens were well manicured, and a good speed. The only drawback for the course today was the pace of play. However, it’s always slow on Saturdays. All in all still a good experience and I will be back soon.

Great golf course well maintained wonderful staff great pace of play., I always have a wonderful time playing here.
