Ok course but a strange layout
Strange course ... rough is not consistent and green speeds seemed like each one was different. Fun with a couple beers and your buddies !!
Another fantastic day at Elkins Tanch
I have been playing here for 15 years and it is my favorite course.
Played here many times and it is always a good experience.
Disappointing
I'm not sure who messed up, Golf Now or the golf course but the front nine was closed and there was no warning when I booked the time. Usually if there is course maintenance there will be an alert. Drove 30 miles to be told we were playing the back nine twice. to add insult to injury the 10th green was punched and our cart barely made it thru the round (had to push it up the last hill then made it thru 18 barely). Ususally a very fun course in a great setting but not today.

Course in great shape
Played solo , nobody there late morning played 18 holees in 2 hrs and 45 minutes
Greens and fairways in tip top condition
If not for that ☃️ on nine , it would have been a good day
Great little course
Very happy with Elkins Ranch on a $21 hot deal. Not a very long course (6300 from the blues) so a lot of driver/wedge par-4's but the place was in great shape, greens were excellent.
Twosome played first 8 holes in an hour. Ran into a slow-moving threesome on the 9th tee and waited on every shot the rest of the round as they wouldn't let us play through. Turns out the owner of the course was in that group so I guess basic golf etiquette doesn't apply if you own the joint. If you can play here when it's not busy, I would highly recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this course was. A relatively short track, but a number of obstacles. Very enjoyable
Great Course! Hidden Gem
This is a really great course! It’s not easy, but the conditions are fantastic and the price is right. You will be challenged! The little snack shack makes a mean burger or breakfast burrito!
Charming course
Excellent course to play-only problem is inadequate yardage markers and/or yardage assist device in the cart!

You can do better
Any average day on the golf course is better than most. But you can do better than to select this course. Had a good time but it was as my review said, average.
