About
Bridgemill Athletic Club in Canton has a varied landscape that provides an interesting mix of holes ranging from flat and wide open to undulating and tree-lined. The layout isn't characterized by a specific feature but instead lets the lush, rolling terrain remain the focus. The well balanced golf course features numerous sand bunkers strategically placed throughout and water hazards also come into play on a few holes. The distinct 16th hole with its island green is known throughout Atlanta. This par 3 appears intimidating but it is more playable than it looks. Players of all skill levels stand a good shot at reaching the green. In addition to the golf course, Bridgemill Athletic Club offers a driving range and short game area as well as 25 tennis courts and a two-acre aquatic center.

Great course
I didn’t play great but I loved the course and the greens were pretty quick even considering they had been aerated recently. Guys in front of us played very slow however they were super nice and let us play through. Will definitely come back.

The course is in phenomenal condition. Friendly staff and absolutely beautiful course to play! Best course in the area, hands down. I’ve played 7 courses in Canton area over the past 2 weeks, this one takes the cake and I’m not sure it’s even close!

Good, coulda been better
Love this course layout and always have a great time playing here. However, I know it was primetime on a Sunday but the pace was miserably slow. 5.5 hour round in the dead of summer. The course conditions could have been far better for the money. Tee boxes were rough and needed mowing bad. Fairway and rough was decent. Greens were hairy and had just been micropunched. Abnormally slow and patchy for a course of this magnitude. Pretty wet too with no one fixing their divots. Missed several putts due to random bumps knocking a ball of course. Would expect that at a muni, not here. Never saw the cart girl until the back 9(four hours into our round).

All positive feedback, just sad to see inconsiderate golfers tearing up the greens, not repairing ball marks or repairing them poorly. Selfish really, go play putt putt.

Great course for all skill levels
It’s been 2 years since I played Bridgemill and I’m definitely not going to wait that long to play there again. The course was a good shape (greens were a little long) and we didn’t wait to hit a shot the entire round along GolfNow had allowed double-bookings. We played the blue tees but for an added challenge there were two other tee boxes to make the course play longer. There are also two tee boxes in front of the blues for people who need don’t hit a long ball. I love the layout. It’s fair and rewards good shots.

Greens were punched which was ok even though we weren’t aware. We were the first T time and paired up with a couple of young guys and were there ready to go off at 7:45am with an 8am T time. There were no balls to hit on the range, I guess you had to purchase them inside at check-in but were not offered that. Practice greens were closed too.
We were told that the Maintanence crew was out on the course mowing and that we would have to wait for them on holes we caught up to them. That happened 4 or 5 times during the day. We were approached by the starter on our 8th hole and said we were 10 min behind. 3 holes later we were told that we would need to split up to 2-somes. That made no sense. If anything that was going to slow up play behind us. And at the time we were told to split up, we were on the T box on hole 3, group behind us was still on the fairway from previous hole.
We finished the round right at 4.5 hours. Normally my brother and I always play in 4 hours. Starting on the back 9 was no big deal and not being able to make the turn at the clubhouse was understandable too with the repaving going on. The cart girl came by 3 different times which was really good.
Would come out and play it again, but that’s why I gave the score I did.

Bridgemill OK
First time playing Bridgemill. Course condition was good, staff was friendly, and the layout was OK.
But...expected more from a GolfPass course, and the high price was definitely not worth it. Glad we played here, but there are many more options of equal of better quality in a better price point.

Why let us play?
I’ve played this course countless times over the years and enjoyed it, but the rain they’ve had and very poor course drainage made it impossible to enjoy. Cart path only is fine but they should not let people play when the course is so saturated. Also, most t boxes are in terrible shape (patchy grass and uneven grading) and there was no indication when booking on Golf Now that they punched the greens making the greens highly inaccurate. All this and at full price too! I would gladly play here again only after the sun has baked off the water and the t boxes are repaired. Not fun today.

Good condition but expensive
The course was in very great shape, but I feel like you get the same conditions and golf for a lower price point elsewhere.

Amazing Course!!!
I played this course for the first time today. I have been wanting to play it for over a year and could never find an early tee time but after playing today I see why. The course is amazing and extremely taken care of, the greens are very true. I’ll be looking for another early morning tee time here coming soon.
