Indian Palms Golf & Country Club - Mountain/Royal

This course has long been a great round on a tight course with fantastic greens. No more. The lack of investment in the course is clearly showing. They have not reseeded the Mountain course, Indian may or may not come in reseeded. The clubhouse is dirty, disorganized, and mostly closed. On a Saturday afternoon, the only beverage available anywhere on the premises was beer. This was in a mini-fridge behind the front desk. Course staff seem frustrated with clients, which might be understandable given what they have to be hearing from players on a daily basis. This is a great (albeit tight) layout with fantastic bones. Until it changes hands, it is probably a "stay away".

owner not spending any money to keep course in shape. Will never play again. Feel sorry for people that have homes on this terrible course.

This golf course with 3 different 9 hole courses needs a lot of work. Royal is the only one in good shape.

I was extremely pleased with the way I was treated by the owner of this resort. I had a very early T time and was offered to play ahead of a larger group of extremely nice members.

I payed for 18holes and was able to play 2 courses. Both were extremely nice and challenging for the price point. Total of 3 9hole courses that are all extremely well kept and challenging courses.

The level of courses they offer for this price is unmatched in my opinion!

The back nine was in bad shape and the front wasn't much better.

As per lots of other reviews, the course is in poor to mediocre shape, particularly the Mountain nine. Fairways have lots of brown or bare spots, and several of the greens have virtually no grass left. The Royal nine was better, they have reseeded it, so it will come back. Houses lining a couple of the fairways come into play more than I would have liked. But it was an enjoyable round, less than 3.5 hours.

Only played there because it was fairly cheap. Greens and pins on Mountain course are disgusting.Pins haven't been changed in months

They should be ashamed of themselves to ask that price. The condition of the greens were atrocious and there was no cooler no ice on the carts!

Course was in very poor shape. No green in the greens. Like putting on asphalt.

WHERE TO START 1ST HOLE ON MOUNTAIN COURSE PIN IN SAME SPOT FOR AT LEAST A MONTH BUT I THINK IT IS MARCH OF 2023 WILL NOT GO BACK

Do not waste your time or money coming here. This course is the worst I have ever played and I play alot with a 4 handicap I know the game. I have been here several times in the past and remember this to be a beautiful course. Not anymore. It is obvious the owner has lost interest. The signature hole use to be so nice he has let that hole and the next turn to crapThe cost to play for the condition it is in is ridiculous. The fairways haven’t been watered in who knows how long. They are hard as concrete,the bunkers are not raked and no rakes to even do so. The greens are as shaggy as the fairways. The flags don’t fit in the cup and are severely crooked.

Pretty sad to let what use to be a gem deteriorate to what it is

The course is in terrible condition. Fairways are mostly dead grass an have not been cut in some time. Greens are in even worse shape. Mixture of dead grass and dirt spots. Impossible to roll a good put. Pins have not been moved in some time so holes are all worn down and growing over the cup. Not worth the price they are charging
