Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort - North/South

It appeared the tee boxes and rough not been mowed for weeks. The fairways were mowed, but mounds of cut grass lying everywhere due to length of grass. Impossible to find most balls off the fairways.

For the money,, it was ok. For a first time at the course, hole 1 was a joke. Tough to figure out where the green was. Much of the course was up and down a wash that tore up a lot of the grass. On the West course, hole 2 is a par 3 and then you weren’t sure where the next tee box was because there was no cart path to guide you. Some tee boxes had no markers and the you hit off mats at the range. Course looked unkempt and was disappointing for the area.

I enjoyed this coarse. It has 3 par 9s. I played two of them, both were fun but the holes down in the valley were not in great condition. Otherwise it was a well designed coarse with many challenging elements.

Plenty of options in the Palm Desert area. Must play location. Beautiful greens. Forgiving bunkers. Will definitely come out again!

This is a fun and enjoyable course if your big hitter watched out for the houses

Good place and fun! A little challenging but considering that it’s the desert and the weather, which was really nice (90°-95°) for mid June , it was enjoyable! We had a good time and will definitely come back!

Course was ok although a lot of greens were under repair. Everything closed down at 2 pm so wasn’t very convenient. Overall though was a plus as it wasn’t too busy. They are still repairing from all the rain they got.
