I Recommend This Course
Excellent greens and nice layout.
Besides the well manicured greens and nice layout this gem has a few very tricky water holes. Fairways were without a blemish and just perfect. The bald eagle sighting and show on #9 made this hole more majestic than it's already challenging dogleg finish going to the turn. Not for the faint of heart. Entire staff were also helpful and friendly. We look forward to seeing ya'll again soon.

Golf at Desert Island
Enjoy playing this course. There are some challenging holes which makes it interesting and the day we played the green were fast!!!
Our only complaint is that we wanted to stop for a cocktail after the round but the lounge closes at 4pm and the restaurant doesn't open until 4:30pm!!! Very disapointing.

Boring course
Course conditions were good. No beverage card service today. Other than two holes The course is quite boring. A lot of straight up and down fairways the first four holes look almost exactly the same. For the amount of money there are way better courses

If you like fast greens…
Greens stimped out at about 11 with many undulations, if you enjoy a putting challenge this is it. Very enjoyable day, course in great condition and overall interesting layout. Friendly staff as well. Cost a bit high but still a reasonable value proposition.

Don’t buy the hot dogs!
We golfed the day after a horrific Santa Ana wind storm. The entire course was littered with debri and leaves everywhere, fairways and greens. No discount was offered. At the turn we ordered 4 hot dogs. $52!!!!! No veggies, no chips, $13 a piece. The previous day at a public course, we paid $4 each. Sticker shocked!!!.
