Desert Island Country Club

When I booked on Tee Off it looks like the course is full, so I played as a single with another couple. 11:50 tee time. Didn’t see many other groups. The course was nearly vacant, same experience as last year about the same time of year.

Nice course, well manicured. A little pricey but not ridiculous. We found the proshop, starter, front line workers were great. The bartenders were not great, kinda indifferent to us and we were 2 feet away from them and they didn't seem interested in asking what we would like so we decided to go elsewhere for a drink

Everything is perfect every time that we play that course. By far the staff gives the better service in the valley. We really love that course.

Course was in great condition. Staff friendly. No beverage service on course. Good pace of play,(just at 4 hrs) for 18.

Narrow fairways...real trees lots of water..island fairway on 9. After my round I asked about monthly membership which unfortunately they don't have. Unlike Pete dye I will come back to this one over and over.

This course was in beautiful condition and very enjoyable to play. I would highly recommend playing this course if you get the opportunity to.

Had a great day with two old friends and met a new one on the first tee. Got around in 4 hours and had a lovely meal upstairs afterwards.

I lost 2 bucks was the only bad bit

Course was in excellent shape. First few holes are narrow but then it Eden's out. Great signature holes. Definitely worth playing.

Course in good shape greens rolled good. It is not a $150.00 course maybe $80-85.00.

We’ve played here several times and like the country club atmosphere and good conditions. The staff has always been top notch, and we come away feeling the course is good value.

We booked a nine hole 3 pm tee time. Things moved along until the 6th hole when we came to a screeching halt. There was a foursome who had zero regard for pace, or the three groups stacked up behind them. On 8, we watched as they giggled and each hit multiple balls into the water. The guy ahead of us quit in disgust.

On the final three holes, we waited over 30 minutes. Waited….. There is no Marshall, and the pro shop had closed. I have no problem with people learning how to play golf. But sometimes they need to learn how to just pick up, and move on.

Love everything about this course. The beauty, the views, the challenge, the difficult greens, even the water in play. What all golf should be.
