Dirt
Worst course in Sacramento for the price. Fairways do not have any grass mostly all dirt. It cost $35 per person to play 18 holes on this crappy course… It is terrible I would never recommend it to my worst enemy
Great Time at Cordova
My wife and I played Cordova (again...) today, and we had a great time. The course is coming around, and gets in better shape each week. The pace of play was fantastic, and the on course marshall is a great guy, who offers water to everyone. The staff is really nice and helpful, and there are plenty of goodies available after the round. If you are looking for a fun golf outing, give Cordova a try.
Great Day Out On The Course!
Played Cordova Golf Course today with my wife, and we had a blast. The pace of play was excellent, the staff is as friendly as can be, and great after golf food/drinks. Also, the on course Marshall offering cold water to all the gofers was a nice touch. The course was a little dry in places, but overall, very nice. Please keep in mind, that this is not Augusta or Pebble Beach, but it is a wonderful course. Can't remember when we had such a fun, relaxing time playing golf. Give Cordova a try, you won't be disappointed.

Drought-effected & slow
Just did not like how bare ground was on most fareways. No Marshall keeping pace.
Rough course???
I like this place, but with the summer heat and volume, the course is in tough shape, but still helps you work on your game and your not over paying, but rough shape....Great staff!!!!!!!!
Cordova Golf Course
It’s the perfect course for beginners, flat & not long
4900 yards from back tee’s.Par 63
Great place to actually get your swings in other than the driving range.Anyone just starting the game of golf should start here price is $29 walking + $15 if you wanna ride.
You can really work on your short game here with
Some challenging par-3’s.
It’s a good place to build some confidence in this very tough & humbling sport before graduating

Cart rental fees excessive
$29 for the round was fair. $15 each for a cart was ridiculous. $44 each total cost for an average course with sprinklers running, swamp and dead areas?? We could have played Empire Ranch or comparable for the money.

Great course awesome greens!!! If you’re a beginner or older and like to use your driver and woods plus get some iron work in this is the place!!! I loved it will be back soon and will tell my friends and family to play here!!!

Great Beginner Course
The course is wide open, each hole is pretty much a straight shot to the flag. Great course for beginners since there is no “rough” grass on the course. The course offers a lot for being so cheap to play.
Many Long Par 3's and Very Small Greens
Cordova Golf Course always brings out a challenge due to it's many long par 3's, averaging around 180-200 yards, and its very small greens. Greens are a little slow, but need to be due to the heat / hot weather, keeping them green and not getting burned. Fun test for the price. Cheapest 18 hole golf course in the Sacramento area. Better value than Antelope Greens.

All the fairways are needed some water, brown spots on every fairway.
