Decent course
Pretty weird layout with a lot of short par 4s and long par 3s - but it works. The weird layout makes pace of play pretty slow sometimes.
Great course for beginner to intermediate players
Fun course for an unbeatable price. You can play 18 holes in less than 4 hours and it’s fairly forgiving. Hidden gem in my opinion!
Great muni medium length course
Only a par 63, but we used our drivers/woods on many tees. Greens are very consistent and in excellent shape. They could use more drinking water on the course, or an actual beverage cart (106 degrees today and we only saw a guy with water once, and only one drinking fountain).
Not bad course
The shop associate at that time looked like he didn’t want to be there. Wasn’t enthusiastic or even happy. Felt like we were bothering him trying to get our tee time set up. The course is nice overall. Replace that guy and things will be better
Love Cordova
As an intermediate level player who is still learning the game I have to say that this place is great for beginners and for those that want to play to keep up their game.
Staff is ultra friendly and accessible as well as having a Beach Hut Deli on sight.
My favorite thing is that it is a walkable course for anyone who likes to walk.
Cordova
I previously wrote a review about my issues with a booking at Cordova and availability iof a cart. I’d like to post a follow up that I received a call from the course to discuss my situation. I was offered a full refund and we discussed cart availability. I learned this is pretty much a walking course and frequent golfers are aware. I wanted to thank the management of reaching out. Not once but twice to chat with me and let folks know they stood behind their word and processed my refund and shred information. It may not be the right course for me but beginners who don’t mind walking should not shy away.

Good course to play. I like the par 3's but think they can make the 4/5 par a par4 or par 5 and not leave of to guest it out for ourselves..

Beware with This Course
I booked and paid for 3 rounds through the GolfNow App. Upon arrival we were told there were no carts available. I cannot walk 18 and don’t have a push cart anyway. The person said we had to reserve a cart. Nowhere does it say that. He said he couldn’t refund me I had to go through GoldNow. It s very difficult to find a way to contact the app. Will never book this course again. It might be lovely but my experience was terrible.
Good value
Course was in very good condition. Greens and tee boxes were excellent. Chipping and putting practice area was nice. Good value. Golf carts are limited. Course pace was good.

Course Aereated for four days
The course was being aereated for four days, Monday thru Thursday. Thus, golf course maintenance staff closed down half the course. No discount was offered on GolfNow or TeeOff.com. Slow play was an issue. The course under normal conditions attracts beginners and mid to high handicap golfers. But if you are a low handicap, advanced golfer and to boost up your GHIN index this a perfect course. A lot of long par 3's from 170-210 yards with small greens, and bunker protected. Pars are tough to achieve.
