On the day there was frost and my 11:50 tee time got pushed to 12:30. By hole 15 it got darker and colder so I had to give up. Also there is no driving range so no practice opportunity. Staff was very strict about me having a golfnow tee time and wouldn't have moved me earlier because it was what I booked on golfnow. On the positive, The airplanes flying / landing so close looked spectacular and the pace was acceptable for a Sunday.

Sunnyvale is a very good course that is challenging but not too difficult. It has some very fun holes. THe course was in good condition and the weather was great.

I guess this is what happens when the short sighted Santa Clara city council closed santa clara golf course they dint predict the traffic that this will produce. Shame on the santa clara city council. Eliminated golf tennis and soccer for the scummy nfl. shame. now the course is jacked up.

Very slow pace of play - took just under 3 hours to finish 9 and i never saw a marshall. After arrival I was told the course will lock up its gates at sunset and they won’t give a warning.

Sunnyvale in good shape
Played Sunnyvale on 11/21 @ 11;50. Fairways were excellent, Green and lush. Greens a little bumpy in afternoon play. Pace of play was mostly good. Couple of brief waits but not bad.
