Mediocre at best
Cheap so can’t complain much, you get what you pay for
Golf in Tracy, CA
Took a longtime childhood friend for his first full official round of golf, but even with a brand new player pace was still a tad slow. Then unfortunately as is typical the group behind us were breathing down our necks despite us playing up on the group in front of us nearly every tee box. But that's to be expected from a public course on a holiday. Otherwise it's a fun track, reasonable prices, facilities look a little aged but not in disrepair or anything, staff super friendly.
Just ok
Staff were great, greens were very good but the rest of the course is beat up. I like the layout and would play it again but only with a golf moose deal. Definitely overpriced for almost $70.00
Great Greens, But That Is All
Great greens, which are a problem on windy days as on the day I played. Everything else mediocre, especially fairways. Okay, the bunkers were not terrible. Unfortunately played same day as their monthly skins game which made pace of play terrible. I quit after 9 holes and 2.5 hours. Won’t be rushing back soon.
After the deluge
Tracy is a great place to go when everything else is underwater. The golf course has good bones, the greens are spectacular and the patrons and staff are very friendly.
Excellent value, hope they put some seed down in those fairways before the rain ends. Golf course plays pretty tough even at 6300 yards. I’ll be back.🏌🏿♀️🇺🇸👍⛳️
Back up plan
As far back as 40 years ago, my father and his buddies would head down to Tracy country club when rains had songs all the local country clubs. Gratefully, this year I remembered and have played three rounds in the last five weeks there. The greens are impeccable! The drainage which allows carts on fairways is unheard of, and the bones of the layout are very good. Hopefully they’ll take the opportunity this year to get plenty of seed on the fairways. Clearly their greenskeeper is doing an amazing job on the putting greens!!!! it’s a fun layout, that plays fast, and there is not a bad hole on the golf course. Highly recommend, only reason for four stars are the barren conditions of many of the fairways. I will be back.🏌🏿♀️⛳️🇺🇸👍
Good, fun course
I have played this course a few time this year, excellent value on Tee Time and good tee times on weekends!
