Tracy Golf & Country Club

Great greens, which are a problem on windy days as on the day I played. Everything else mediocre, especially fairways. Okay, the bunkers were not terrible. Unfortunately played same day as their monthly skins game which made pace of play terrible. I quit after 9 holes and 2.5 hours. Won’t be rushing back soon.

Tracy is a great place to go when everything else is underwater. The golf course has good bones, the greens are spectacular and the patrons and staff are very friendly.

Excellent value, hope they put some seed down in those fairways before the rain ends. Golf course plays pretty tough even at 6300 yards. I’ll be back.🏌🏿‍♀️🇺🇸👍⛳️

As far back as 40 years ago, my father and his buddies would head down to Tracy country club when rains had songs all the local country clubs. Gratefully, this year I remembered and have played three rounds in the last five weeks there. The greens are impeccable! The drainage which allows carts on fairways is unheard of, and the bones of the layout are very good. Hopefully they’ll take the opportunity this year to get plenty of seed on the fairways. Clearly their greenskeeper is doing an amazing job on the putting greens!!!! it’s a fun layout, that plays fast, and there is not a bad hole on the golf course. Highly recommend, only reason for four stars are the barren conditions of many of the fairways. I will be back.🏌🏿‍♀️⛳️🇺🇸👍

I have played this course a few time this year, excellent value on Tee Time and good tee times on weekends!

Golf courses are busy around holidays.. I get it. I’m from Reno,NV and wanted to golf with my fam and picked this course for us on golf now. Recent reviews didn’t explain the poor grass conditions. The greens are great, but getting there is rough. Hard to get a wedge underneath any balls here, might hurt your wrists a bit too. Lots of dry crabgrass and lots of mud and dirt. Very close layout where all the holes are on top of one another. Lots of balls flying at us all day and lots of waiting. Staff was cool and accommodating in increasing the pace of play when a group of 12 playing together was very slow. Still only got thru 13 from a 12:20 tee. I wouldn’t recommend this course and I would steer clear. I have very nice Titleist T100s irons in black and I def wish I had brought a practice set. This course is challenging because of the harsh conditions, not the layout. The staff is cool and gave us free rounds, but I’ll prob just hit a diff course in Manteca, Modesto or Stockton next time.

Yardage on course was fun but condition poor. Very little grass and a lot of hardpan. Greens were good and fast.

Played on Tuesday and halfway house ran out of food and restaurant was not open on Tuesday. Bar, however, was open.

Good value through GolfNow but needs better upkeep.

the overall round was good, it went quick. Not crowded. I would like to see more deals for 18 holes. I can go over the hill and get cheaper. I would like to stay local where I live.

This was my first time playing at the course. The greens were in great shape. There were some dry areas around the fairways and some muddy areas (just rained the night before). The staff was great really nice. The only negative thing I would say was the pace of play. There were two groups of 5 people in front of me. Overall I had a good experience and will definitely be back.

Best greens in the area, by far! Played a 3 hour round on a Sunday morning, perfect greens, polite staff and members. Definitely booking again soon
