Green's just aeration done last week still very rough and sandy otherwise it was good playing

The course was in good shape but we played on a very windy day. Nice greens, even though recently aerated.
Getting better
I drive from San Jose to play here. And each time I get to like it more and more.

Good long course. Only issue not notified greens was aerated so impossible to put.
Course needs work
The greens are the only part of the course in good condition. Tee boxes are not close to being level and the grass is spotty. The fairways have many bare areas ( no grass).
Driving range is closed for a remodel. Why isn't this fact mentioned on the web site?
With the major increase in tee times golf courses are flush with money, so I have a hard time accepting any course being to bad shape.
First time playing this course
The greens were decent and fast but fairways were in poor shape and was like hitting off hard pan in many areas.
Tracy is a fun course and I will definitely be back
Tracy greens are hard and fast. If you ever wanted to master putting from rough or hybrid from 20 yards out, this is the course for you. The layout has some challenges since there are trees and most holes are a dog leg. There is a driving range for warming up but it is all dirt so I would not count on the same type of roll. The Service staff is really nice and I will be back.
Great local course.
Took the twilight hours because the primetime hours are a bit steep. I love this course. I highly recommend it!
Fast greens
The layout and greens are nice at this course. Overall good condition. Hot dogs in snack bar are really good. Bring your A+ short game..
Course closed
Ever since the fire last year the course has been closed. Drove by , course isn’t being maintained.

Like the course layout and greens are nice, young lady in the snack room was friendly. Rough needs work and some tee boxes.
Fair ways and tee boxes need repair. Corse was very dry
A nice round of golf
Played hear for the first time today using a $25 price on Golf Now, including cart. There were plenty of people on the course but we never waited, in fact let 2 twosomes play through. The tee boxes were in poor shape, and so were many of the fairways, lots of bare areas in the fairways of many holes. The greens were in good shape and were very fast, and almost all were sloped significantly, so being above the hole was challenging. Unfortunately their was only 1 green that had multiple levels or any type of undulations. Many were just sloped.
Please Wear Masks Indoors!
This course is a good value, great for beginners and intermediates. Lots of dead grass and trees, but decent greens and tee boxes, normally friendly staff, carts and a good bar. We enjoy playing here 3-4 times a year. On the Sunday morning we played, we were very disappointed to see the pro shop staff and the bar/restaurant staff not wearing masks. Golf is one of the few options left to us during the pandemic: outdoors, spaced apart and no shared gear. Healthy, social, and safe! Please don’t blow it for the rest of us: wear masks indoors (especially if it’s the only way to check in). Thanks.
