not worth it
I have been playing here for years. They used to have a walking rate; now all of a sudden they don't. Range balls used to be included; now they cost 8 bucks for a small bag of old, crummy range balls you have to hit off old mats. No customer appreciation from the management. Greens are in excellent shape. I can play other courses closer to home in comparable shape that have a walking rate and are cheaper.
NIce day for golf
Greens were fast and in good shape
Fairways are lacking any grass lots of thin lies and dirt
NOT WORTH IT
This course is primarily a throwback to a time when golf course conditions didn’t necessarily matter, and all you needed was just some land and hole to plant a flag in. Most holes are primarily composed of dry dirt. As it’s clear very little efforts to maintain the fairways are given consideration. The layout is good but just a few holes are worthy of golf consideration. Fix it up or close it. As this place Trudy is begging for a overhaul.

Worth Playing With a Promo Code
We played the course using a hot deal, so it was worth it. I would be disappointed to pay full price for this course. Very patchy fairways that have no rough and lots of dirt. If you miss a fairway,, expect to hit balls off of "tight lies"
(dirt). Greens were fine but not specatacular. This course gets really windy in the afternoon, so beware. I will play it again on a hot deal, but that's the only way I return.

Overall the staff was very helpful and friendly. The speed of play was okay with the exception of a few bottle necks. My main issue with the course was the conditions of the fairways and anything off the fairways. There was a lot of hard dirt/rock both on and off of the fairways. This made it not very enjoyable to play. I was surprised by these conditions given that it was $65 to play. I will not be going back unless I hear that something has changed with the conditions of the fairways.
Not a golf course....
Zero covid safety measures, not one employee with a mask. Bathrooms are worse than most ghetto gas stations, absolutely disgusting. Tee boxes; loaded with crab grass, dirt, and good luck looking for level foot placement. 70 percent of the fairways don’t have grass, exposed dirt and hard pan. If you like to use your irons while golfing don’t play here. Bunkers, absolute joke even with covid restrictions. Want a sandwich on the turn? Watch a lady make them bare handed with knives and forks that have been sitting on the counter for god knows how long. Dirty, absolutely filthy.
Checked in 30 minutes before tee time and was told to come back 5 minutes before tee off for the cart...plenty of carts available but just stand around until 5 minutes before your tee time, then load your cart up....
If anyone tries to argue this, then by all means takes photos and prove me right. Sheesh, this course isn’t worth 15 bucks let alone 53.00?!! Have some integrity, this place is lazy and gross....
We drove 1:16 to the course, and left after the 4th hole.
It's not bad, and great for the money
Only downsides were lots of dirt patches in out of the way areas. (Affects aesthetics more than playability.) and bunkers have no rakes (why not just put a rake in the cart?)
But I enjoyed this track. Could maybe use better yardage markers so I don't recommend playing here without a GPS app or range finder.
But I played 18 holes just over 3 hours, and felt pretty good about the shape of the greens. I'll play it again

Greens were in great shape. Fairways were ok, areas near trees were hard panned dirt. Got a good deal on Tee off.
The course is in pretty good shape considering the watering restrictions. The greens were just punched and sanded a couple weeks ago. Growing back nicely but still not "true". But all in all in was an enjoyable round of golf.
Had to wait an hour for golf cart
Had to wait an hour for cGilf cart, extremely manager rude,no Marshall to speed up play because fore some in front of our twosome were playing from black tees and couldn’t hit ball 125 yards. Marshall would have helped but I guess no available. Waiting on them on EVERY hole

I have been to this course many years ago before they did the remodel, actually during the remodel. I just assumed after all these years it had to be better. The course fairways and greens were decent. But the rest of the course might as well been cement. So dry you were hitting off hard dirt everywhere. I am not the greatest golf and know you need to be in the fairway, but just slightly off you really had a tough shot off of cement like dirt.
