Greens are amazing! Fairways are okay
First time at Tracy G&CC. Had a great experience. The greens are almost Callippe (Pleasanton) and Elk Horn (Stockton) quality, so if you have played those courses then you'll get a feel of what Tracy has to offer. The fairways are okay, there is however a lot of dirt, but only in the areas that wont affect your play like 50 yards in front of the teebox. The layout is nice and very challenging. I did however got lost or didnt know where to hit twice so if its your first time pay attention to the map on the scorecard. Not a bad course will be back soon!

Sad to see this course deteriorate! Fairways are bare, weeds in the middle. But the greens are being taken care of! They just need water b on the fairways!
If I was Tracy Country Club I’d be embarrassed this course is in horrible condition!!!
Horrible course condition one of the worst kept country clubs I have ever played!!

This course has some of the best greens in northern California for a public course. The condition of the course is fair but playable...
Good value
I played the course on a Wednesday at 10 o’clock. Pace of play was good I was able to get the round in under four hours the greens are in very good condition the fairways were rather hardAnd fast. I guess because we have not had any rain. Overall it was a very good run
Great Golf Course
Nice and beautiful golf course and I don’t mind spending my hard earning $$$.....
Looks Easy from the Freeway
I enjoyed my round today, playing by myself and taking this course on for the first time. I played the ball down and had to hit off a lot of dirt lies. The greens were in excellent shape, most tee boxes were just okay, the fairways just okay and the rough horrible, it was dirt not grass. For what looks very simple from the freeway I really enjoyed the challenge, then again I took a 7 on a par 3 that was very straight forward except for the lake I found. I needed the wide open holes because my game is pretty bad but often that made the hole very difficult which it should be for bad shots. I'll play again, just not sure when.

Course is in good condition the greens very well kept a little dry off the fairways stay in the fairways is needed and the clubhouse average .
Great Course!
I wish this course was closer to me, it’s such a great course. Challenging but not too penal, good mix of holes. Water comes into play on 4 or 5 holes, a few short par 4’s and long par 3’s and par 5’s that let you go for the green with a good long tee shot. The staff is always friendly and the course is always in great condition. Would play here more often if I lived closer, but still make the trip 2 or 3 times a month.
Great Conditions!
Enjoyed the day with some friends who always get to Tracy. The benefit of this course is never having the same experience twice! Love The Course !
