Surprisingly great
Best greens of all LA muni courses. Layout is fun and challenging from the tips. Par threes are solid and the course is fun to play.

Fix Your Ball Marks!!
This course has a good layout and is relatively challenging for amateur golfers. The grass is healthy and the fairways are in great shape.
Now, I can’t blame the grounds keepers for the greens. But for god’s sakes… the demographic of people who play this course DO NOT FIX BALL MARKS on the green. Every green at this course looks like it was carpet bombed with golf balls.
Folks, this is less of a review and more of a reminder, please fix your pitch marks on the greens.

Enjoyable Round
The course was in great shape except for the weedy bunkers. They need some attention. The fairways and green approaches were in excellent condition. The greens were very well-groomed.

First time under 90!
Can't really say that the course was the reason, but I've always played better at Woodley. Even with aerated greens, I happened to have my best day of putting and broke 90!! Grass is green and thick, but they were out mowing.
