Been playing here for about 5 years. Recently, someone has been spending a lot of money. The greens are beautiful and fast Now the tee boxes are pristine. They’ve paved the parking lot too. Bargain price on green fee! Same great layout.

This course is always in great shape. Each hole has its own character and challenge. Wish I was closer to the course because I would definitely play it more often. Can’t say enough good things about it.

This is the nicest course and layout for the money anywhere between Savannah and Brunswick. Beautiful marsh views and course. In wonderful condition as well. Greens roll perfectly.

This course has so much potential. It was bought by the locals after closing during the recession. They work very hard trying to improve and maintain this place. It has a great layout. Yes it does need work in certain areas but it is very playable. I play this course about once to twice a week when I’m southern GA. It is a ride but if you’re playing golf for the day it’s worth the trip. All this course needs is a little more public support to get players out there. Again great layout best collection of par 3a around and greens usually pretty good.

We were so pleased with this course layout, the natural beauty of the marsh frontage (which we heard is the only of its kind along the coast) and the friendly staff. Don't know why folks go to the crowded and pricier courses around Savannah or St Simons when this place has it all and MORE. Just a short 15 minute drive off Interstate 95. Just visit their website to see drone footage of each hole and you will see what I mean! Lovely community surrounds with great seafood at Speeds Kitchen and Hunters Cafe.

Super nice course, excellent condition, challenging, but not too difficult.

The course is in excellent shape - bermuda greens, fairways and rough. Fairways rolled nicely and the greens were moderately fast. The heat was mitigated by some nice breezes but had to be aware and adjust for the wind.

Sapelo is always a fun round and this was no different. Course was in great shape. They trimmed the Bermuda around the greens making missing the green less penile. The greens were a little slow but very smooth. Fairways and tees were great and don’t have even a tiny negative to say.. I brought a friend for his first time and he said he’d be returning as well.

Played it two weeks ago and they had sand on the greens, but today greens were super. The views on the course were beautiful. A must play course. Its a little out of the way but worth the drive

I played this course a year ago and they have made major improvements from then to now! The only issue I had was that there was sand on all greens, but in a couple weeks they should be in great shape. The fairways were beautiful and the only thing that was better was the views of the coast lines. It has to be one of the most beautiful courses I have played!! I will be back soon

Never been here when it was crowded. I was shocked at how nice the course was compared to others in the area.

Great deal on Golfnow for $20. Course was in excellent shape.......greens were good , there were some bare spots in the fairways but nothing you couldn’t work around. Super neat layout and the views of the Marsh was incredible.

Great course layout. Each set of tees makes this course a challenge for all skill levels! Great course Great staff! A Gem !
