Terrible golf etiquette-Members set the rules-Marshall is useless
Is fivesome even a real golf term? At Woodmont, absolutely. Got stuck behind a group of five walkers who did not offer to let us to play through so we skipped the hole only to run into another group of five on carts. Really? So we cut it short and we asked for a refund. While the refund was granted, the pro shop staff made excuses for the poor behavior of fivesomes. . Mind you the two fivesomes were members. Also lots of singles with spouses just tagging along. Definitely a play by the members rules course.
Great Golf Experience!
This is truly the finest golf course that I have played in the Atlanta area. Living in Newnan I was reluctant to make the Trip up to Woodmont., but after my experience today I won’t have any hesitation in the future.
This was a wonderful golf experience.

One of my faves!
Glad to have had the chance to hit the links at Woodmont once again. It had been a hot second since the last time I played the course, but it was just as good as I remembered it! The fairways were solid and the greens were in great shape. Kudos to the superintendent and also to the rest of the staff. Strongly recommend the course if you have the opportunity!!
Challenging course great shape
The course is in great shape really like the layout with many challenging holes. If you are playing well you can score well, if you aren’t you will be penalized. I think it’s a very fair course with lots of challenges. Greens are a little bumpy due to people not fixing ball marks!!!!
Will certainly be back to play again.
Old Retired Man
Course in good shape, pace of play was awful. We played behind a foursome that played slow all afternoon. We were a group of three and they never offered to let us play through. Poor golf etiquette.
Love the course, wish the rangers controlled the pace of play better.
Great Course!
The course was in great shape. We played in the afternoon with 4 people. Pace of play was great. Greens were in really good shape, a little on the slow side, but very playable. Fairways were in great shape as well. Highly recommend this course!
