Orchard Golf & Country Club

Like the layout of this course. The front 9 is not as elevated as the back 9. Makes for good variety of golfing holes to play. Back 9 is more challenging too.
Green were nice for this time of year. Will go play this summer for sure.

This is a beautiful course with frequent elevation changes. Walking would be difficult not primarily from the elevation changes but from the distance between greens and the next tee. Playing midweek meant the course was wide open for play.

Two fairways need help with drainage. Good value on golf now.

The Orchard is a really good golf course in a scenic location in the mountains of north Georgia. It's a good challenge for all golfers, but playable. You can hit driver on most holes. There are several elevation drop shots, but it's not extreme terrain. Our only complaint is we teed off at noon, but the restaurant wasn't open. We were starving by the time we finished!

I played this course for $15 on golfnow. It is a bargin at $60. Beautiful views, great layout, always in great condition, what more does a golfer need? It's a must play if you live in the area. Enjoy!

Tucked away in the foothills of the North Georgia mountains is The Orchard. This is a beautiful, semi-private course with rolling fairways, elevated greens and beautiful scenery. This course requires smart shots and a lot of patience. You won't want to miss out on this challenging, but fun golf course. It's also located near Tallulah Gorge, a beautiful park to hike after your early morning round.

I had not played here in 15 years. This is a fun mountain course with some very challenging holes. It is more in the valley than in the mountains but there are plenty of elevation changes. 18 is a downhill par 5 about 550 that plays much shorter. It seems they have more downhill holes than uphill holes and every par 3 plays downhill. The greens vary in size and are very tricky to read and putt. The fairways were well filled out and the greens were excellent. I will be back.

The course is beautifully maintained and reasonably priced.

The only drawback to this course is that there are some very wet areas and I don't understand why. It hasn't rained in quite some time.

This course is very challenging for the average golfer but you will play a smart game when you play here. From the tee to the greens you will think about the club you choose.the greens were very receptive to the shot and they putted true.I would surely play this course again because what's the fun in golf if the course isn't challenging.

This is by far the best non-private course that I have played in a while. The green is very smooth and fast, the fairway is well maintained. The course is not difficult as long as you can avoid the rough. I will definitely come back to this course for many more rounds.

Back nine more difficult, lot of blind tee shots, need to play course more than once to know the layout. Beautiful setting, gorgeous home's on the course. I will play again.

This course is beautiful in every aspect. Tee boxes, fairways, greens and cartpaths are is great shape. Due to all the rain this summer, some of the sand traps need more work. The scenery is second to none. I am so glad they decided to post on line with GolfNow. The rate was fantastic and will enable me to play here more often. I have played this course many times in the past but paid much more. It had been several months since my previous visit. The course is in great shape and had many people playing, but the pace was very good.

1st time I've played The Orchard; I will definitely be back! Beautiful, well-kept course that is challenging but not too difficult for the average golfer. Can't beat the price from golfnow.com!
