The best bunker on the course if that gives you any idea of the conditions Photo submitted by mhs102603 on 04/25/2022

Solid Course For The Price
Pros:
$29 Saturday twilight times
Fairway is nice
Bunkers are being worked on
Great Layout
Cons:
Can be slow at certain holes (18) but finished in good time still
Greens can be pretty slow but aren’t in bad condition
Cart paths are pretty rough
If you golf here for the twilight rates its a great course for the price. MUCH BETTER condition than when I played last year so props for that and actively working on the course (Bunkers, Teeboxes, etc.)
Creekside
The course is ok but definitely getting better. Bunkers are in the process of being fully redone and fairways are being patched overall a great bang for your buck at twilight!
Course needs to fix their booking engine. I made a reservation for myself and when I showed up the guy in the pro shop tried telling me I booked for 2 players. I showed him the confirmation email and then he acted like he was doing me a favor by not charging me for the second reservation. Not my fault the website made a mistake. As far as the actual course goes, it’s an interesting layout. Bunkers need work and pace of play needs to get better. Probably won’t be coming back but it’s worth at least playing once.
Too Slow
This course held a tournament in the morning and did not let others know nor shorten the times between groups. There were 3-4, sometimes 5 groups at every hole waiting to play and it completely ruins the experience.. skipped 4 holes just to get out in front of people.
Steve’s review
Challenging course. They are doing some needed upgrades to tee boxes, sand traps (watch out) and greens. It was fun to play
Golf for the $$$
Decent course. Greens in good condition. Bunkers are a mess but they are working on them. Clubhouse and carts are dated but friendly staff and make up for it.
With prices going up, really good value that I would recommend.
Sandtraps and tee boxes
The sand traps looked like they hadn’t had maintenance in years. Tons of weeds and some areas just rocky dirt with no sand. For $48 I would expect the course be somewhat decent. Sorry!
Not a bad value
The course is not a bad value for the price. It was once and could be again, and excellent place to play, but the course needs some work. The Bad - here were a lot of bare spots in the fairways, the bunkers were full of weeds and hard as concrete, and the greens were full of un-repaired ball marks. The Good - the course is undergoing some work as the green-side bunkers on 16, 17, and 18 were having substantial repair work done. The 18th hole is a wonderful par 5 with an island green. The concessions are reasonably priced and the staff was friendly. If you are looking for a place to simply go work on your game for a reasonable price, this is a good option in the Douglasville/Hiram/Acworth area.
This course is poorly kept
The course is in rough shape. You’re better off hitting into the rough on your tee shot because then you have the chance of actually hitting off of some grass. The fairways have dirt everywhere and the bunkers are bricks
Perfect for the money
Course is priced on par with what it is. Staff in pro shop(Elden) who I spoke with and GM Stephen were awesome explaining bunker renovations project that is starting and a few tees as well. Bar ladies and cart girl were great. Easy going place. I will be back soon.
Redneck Country Club
I’ve been playing golf since I was 7 yrs old and I can say this course is in the worst condition I have ever played in my life. On one tee box there wasn’t one blade of grass in it. The fairways were as hard as the clubs parking lot.
Please save your money and go to a real golf course
Poor Course Condition
Fairways unkempt, tee boxes shabby, no sand in the bunkers. Greens are a 6 out of 10 and are the only thing that is redeeming about this track. Very tight due to no trimming on the boarders of the fairways. Honestly not worth your time. 18th hole is the best both because it is a good hole…and you are finished playing the course.
Better than nothing!
Fairways cut very low and hard as a rock. Sand traps were abandoned long ago and need to be played as GUR. All I can say is that it was a weekend morning tee time.
Average at best
The course is far out in West Cobb. The course was extremely dry and the ground was really hard. All fairways would roll to the left which would ruin great shots. Beer cans all over the tee boxes. Very slow pace of play with no Marshall’s keeping track. Overall average round of golf..
