West Pines Golf Club

West Pines is a hidden gem in Metro Atl. Course is usually always in great shape, especially the greens! Always a joy to play so would highly recommend!!

Tee boxes and greens are in immaculate condition. Private-club quality. Rest of course in great condition, too. My foursome had to wait today (Saturday afternoon) just about every hole but still finished in 4.5 hours. And when leaving the pro shop (6pm) still had ice for the ride home! And the course had enough cold-water coolers, too!

Great day out at West Pines! Course was in fabulous shape. The hole placements were good and challenging. I only made it into one bunker, but the sand was soft. Starter was very friendly, cart girl has a million dollar smile, so overall experience playing with Mike and Zach was excellent! Can't wait for the next round!

Recently started to play here because it has been the best conditioned course on the west side of town. West pines has a challenging lay out and I have enjoyed playing there. Fairways have been very good. This round, the greens had a slight top dressing of sand. But it did not affect the roll of any putts or the way the ball reacted on the green with approach shots. The Bermuda greens can be tricky, make sure you pay attention to the grain. I hope to play more at West Pines this year. Staff was very friendly. Pro shop was also nice.

An excellent golfing experience! The course was beautifully maintained, with immaculate roughs, fairways, and greens that made every hole a pleasure to play. The golf cart was also very well equipped, with clear directions and guidance to every hole, making navigation around the course effortless.

Overall, a fantastic course with great playing conditions and excellent attention to detail. Highly recommended for any golf enthusiast.

Played with Christine, Daniel and Zack. Course was in great shape. Greens were really good. There were a lot of people on the course, but Richard (the starter for the day) kept everything moving right along and everyone happy.

Really good condition. Usually don’t see courses this nice around here. No bar but they do sell beer and sandwiches and have a nice patio area. There is a cart girl. Pace was normal for a Saturday afternoon. Bit pricey to make it a regular spot for me, but I’ll keep an eye out for hot deals.

Played WP for the first time Friday and was really impressed. Course in very good shape: tee boxes fine, fairways excellent, greens excellent, rough challenging. The layout, though: one of the tougher courses I’ve played in ATL. No real water, bunkers are sparse (or maybe I hit away from them), so the challenge comes from tilt and elevation and blind shots and length. We played from the blues and I’m not a long hitter and it felt like every hole was uphill (I know it’s not possible… but it felt that way), leaving 170-180 for my second. I’m not complaining—it was a really good, fair test. Humbling. Great golf if you can make the trip out west of town.

Fairways, greens and tee boxes in great shape. Some bunkers need sand. Overall the best conditions I have ever seen here. Kudos to the staff at West Pines.

Course was in great shape! Whoever made the holes this day definitely had a rough night before...lol. Besides that, great time and looking forward to getting back out there soon.

Really like the course actually. Layout is fair and has some challenging holes. My only frustration is the greens. They were as hard as a rock & nearly impossible to hold a ball on or get it to check. They need water big time. Having said all of that, I would still recommend to friends.

Course is in nice condition like it always is when I play there. Some of the nicest golf carts as well. We will return again soon.

Even after heavy rain the course drains fast and remained in excellent condition. The greens are perfect. Shout out to the maintenance team as they do an amazing job!

Did not score well but course in good shape. Greens slow, fairways in good shape. Pace of play this trip was the best I have had in along time. Which was nice
