Tee boxes were mainly dirt and fairways were very rocky in areas. Greens were nice
Excellent experience!
Coarse was in good shape over all. Some tee boxes were in bad shape. Biggest con is the the front 9 doesn't lead back to the club house. So if you start early you can't grab a snack for the back 9.
Turn is at 10, not 9. Wish the course had more signage to know that you were going the right way, and groups in front of us made pace of play a nightmare as multiple groups were giving lessons at each hole on a Saturday afternoon/evening. But the carts were new and fantastic and the staff were friendly! Wish there was water along the course as we move into summer since coolers aren't allowed. Really fun hole 18!
Sunday morning
I have not played this course in a couple of years. The greens were in great shape. Nice course will be back more this year.
This place sucks
Nothing like booking a 10:50 tee time and they tell you to tee off at 10:55 because they booked 8 people at 10:50. Took 3 hours to play 9 holes
layout is good
course maintenance needs work, Fairways were not well kept, grounds around greens were not mowed.
Terrible course
First of all, not a country club. Very country. No club. Course in terrible shape, weeds all over the fairways and fairways weren’t even mowed. Stopped and got a hot dog at the turn (which is after hole 10, not 9) and it wasn’t edible. Not a cheap round either so very disappointing. Will never go back.
Headed in the wrong direction
Second time playing here and I gave it a great review the first time. Seems to be trending badly though. Most tee boxes were destroyed. Fairways were extremely dry and not being taken care of. 17 doesn’t have a fairway, it’s just a field. It’s funny because every house on that hole has lush green grass and the golf course is a field of weeds and crabgrass.
Greens were ok, no issues really but nothing to get excited about.
Course is ok but this far into the season, I had hoped for better the second time around.
Grass range is nice. Putting green is nice. Staff and bar are good as well.
Great for the price.
I’ve played this course for years. It has been in better condition than it is now, but overall it is okay for the price, especially for an afternoon round.
Good course
The carts were my biggest complaint before, but now they’re brand new with GPS and all. Course conditions were decent last couple times I played. Tee boxes could use some work and greens can be rough in spots. This is my regular place to play, but mainly because of price and distance. Range balls are junk.
Bare Minimum
If you enjoy paying $40-$50 for dirt tee box’s, random patches of dirt all across the fairways, and playing on the clumpiest roughs you can think of this place is for you! I drove an hour outside of the city thinking I’d get a better value for my dollar, I was very wrong…... I’m 90% sure the greenskeeper is just a collection of the neighborhood kids they pay below minimum wage to maintain the course when they’re not in school.
Creekside outing
I have played here several times over the last 3 years. I could tell they’re really working on making improvements. Brand new carts with gps and shot tracking was very nice! Greens were in great shape for this time of the year. The staff was great and worked to keep pace moving excellent. We had a great time. Great value for the money. Played early on a Friday morning.
Hidden gem
First time playing here. Loved it! For being early in the season, it was in great shape. Couple tee boxes needed some love but no biggie. Greens were punched but still playable. Practice green was big, range was grass, and clubhouse food after wasn’t bad at all.
My only complaint was the yardages in the cart were pretty far off. We learned to just stick to our range finders early on. No big deal.
Will definitely play again.
