Aerated greens and tees, but not bad
The greens were just aerated with a light top dressing of sand. Most of them putted very smoothly with medium speed. Fairways are starting to come in nicely. There is a lot of work being done on the course, including some tree removal to provide more sunshine on tees. In a few weeks of sunshine and rain, the course should be excellent.
Poor Management and horrible Green/ tee boxes conditions
We were all jammed up at the 2nd 9 on hole#10 as they had an afternoon league and new groups were asked to start from Hole#10. With no starter /marshall, there was a group of 6 players and they did not let anyone pass through. Beside half of the greens and most of the tee boxes are in horrible conditions.
A challenging course in declining condition.
This is an old, state-owned course that is quite challenging and requires real accuracy. It is set in rolling hills in a state park full of trees and vegetation which seems to make it very hot/humid in summer months. The fairways are only decent and several of the greens are in poor condition with large bare spots. It is still worth playing simply because the price is lower than most courses and it's not hard to get a tee time on weekdays.

This course always plays well and it's always in great shape great value for the price
Great Layout in Terrible Condition
At least 11 of the 18 Greens were unplayable. I’m not sure if it’s a budget issue or if it’s incompetence from the staff. Someone needs to step in and save this course. It used be a real gem of a course. It’s a real shame to see it like it currently is. Not worth $45, it’s barely worth $25.
Better
The Course has geened up nicely. most of the greens are in good shape. Tee boxes are looking good.
Nice round
Course in good shape other than a few greens. One was really rough I think it was #16. Great value anyway!
Greens Rolling
The greens are Rolling…..fresh sand in the traps. Tee boxes are slowly being repaired….you can’t get a better value for your money!
Great Public C ourse
I played the course for three consecutive days. It was changeling and well maintained. i would play it again
